27.1 Overview
The Account area controls your AIUNIFY Analytics identity, security, billing information, authentication settings, and other account-level details.
The Account menu includes areas such as:

27.2 Opening Account Settings
Open your user menu and select:

27.3 Main Account Fields
Account Settings can include:
27.4 Avatar
Use Avatar to upload or replace your account image.
The account interface provides image-upload requirements based on the allowed file formats and size configured by AIUNIFY.
27.5 Name
The Name field controls the name associated with your AIUNIFY account.
This is account identity information and is separate from Website Names or Team Names.
27.6 Email
The Email field controls the Email associated with your account.
This Email is important for:
27.7 Changing Your Email
When Email confirmation is enabled, changing the account Email does not immediately replace the current address.
AIUNIFY sends a confirmation to the new Email and stores the new address as pending until verification.
Follow the confirmation message to complete the change.
27.8 Timezone
The Timezone setting controls how dates are displayed within your account.
The interface explains:
“Your preferred way of displaying dates.”
Timezone affects how Analytics timestamps and reporting information are presented.
27.9 Anti Phishing Code
AIUNIFY provides:

The Help text states:
“You'll get this code on each email that we send you, so you'll know it's a valid email from us.”
27.10 Using an Anti Phishing Code
Choose a short code that you recognize.
When AIUNIFY sends applicable account Emails, verify that your Anti Phishing Code appears.
If an unexpected Email claims to come from AIUNIFY but does not contain the code you configured, treat the message cautiously.
27.11 Newsletter Subscription
When enabled by the platform, Account Settings contains:

This controls optional product/update marketing communication.
This is different from the Website-specific Analytics Email Reports covered in Chapter 24.
27.12 Billing Details
When payment and billing features are available, Account contains:
Billing details
AIUNIFY explains that these details are used when generating invoices after successful payments.
27.13 Billing Type
Billing can be configured as:

27.15 Billing During an Active Subscription
If an active subscription exists, the billing fields are disabled in the Account interface.
This prevents modifying invoice-related information while the active subscription is using the stored billing record.
27.16 Two-Factor Authentication
AIUNIFY provides:

Two-factor authentication adds a second authentication step beyond the account password.
27.17 Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

AIUNIFY gives Authy and Google Authenticator as examples of compatible authentication apps.
27.19 Manual Setup Secret
If the QR Code cannot be scanned, use:

The system displays a secret that can be copied into the authenticator application manually.
Treat that secret like a security credential.
27.20 Verify the Token
AIUNIFY requires a freshly generated 6-digit token before enabling new Two-Factor Authentication.
If the token cannot be verified, the change is not accepted.
27.21 Two-Factor Authentication at Login
Once enabled, AIUNIFY can require the authentication token during Login.
The Login system explicitly recognizes:

27.22 Change Password

The recovery process sends a Password-reset link by Email.

Account Logs provide records of important account activity and can be useful for reviewing account-access or configuration history.

“By deleting the account, all of your stored data will be deleted. This action is irreversible once done.”
27.30 Deleting the Account Requires Your Password
The Delete Account screen requires the:

before the account deletion can proceed.
The system verifies that Password before deleting the account.
27.31 Account Deletion Is Different from Website Deletion
Delete Website
Removes one Website and its associated Website data.
Delete Account
Removes your entire AIUNIFY Analytics account and stored account data.
Use the Account deletion control only when that is truly your intention.

Check:

When Email confirmation is enabled, check the new Email inbox for the verification message.
The new Email remains pending until confirmation.
