2.1 Overview

This chapter walks through the first complete operating experience inside AIUNIFY PROS SUITE, from signing in through completing your first AI generation.

The basic first-use workflow is:

Open PROS SUITE → Sign In → Complete Verification if Required → Dashboard → Review Plan & Tokens → Navigate Available Tools → Select an AI Model if Needed → Open a Tool → Enter Instructions → Generate → Review → Copy or Download

PROS SUITE is an authenticated workspace. Standard AI tools redirect unauthenticated users to Login before allowing access.

2.2 Before You Begin

Before using PROS SUITE, you should have:

  1. An AIUNIFY PROS SUITE account.
  2. Your registered Email address.
  3. Your Password.
  4. Access to your Email inbox if Email Verification is required.
  5. Access to your authenticator application if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled.
  6. An active plan or tool assignment for premium functionality where required.
  7. Available Tokens for tools that consume Tokens.

Your exact tool collection can differ from another user's because PROS SUITE evaluates account-specific access. The user account can contain a Plan, Token Balance, Token Limit, assigned AI Tools, disabled features, and Two-Factor Authentication status.

Availability: Tools and capabilities may depend on your AIUNIFY PROS SUITE subscription, assigned tools, system configuration, available Tokens, AI provider configuration, and feature status.

2.3 Opening AIUNIFY PROS SUITE

Navigate to:

suite.poweredbyaiunify.com

The Sign In screen identifies the application as:

AIUNIFY Suite

and describes it as:

“Access your complete AI-powered business toolkit from one centralized workspace.”

2.4 The Sign In Screen

The Sign In form provides:

  1. Email address
  2. Password
  3. Show/Hide Password
  4. Remember me
  5. Forgot password?
  6. Sign In control

Enter the credentials associated with your PROS SUITE account.

2.5 Signing In

To sign in:

  1. Open AIUNIFY PROS SUITE.
  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Select Remember me if appropriate for the device.
  5. Submit the Sign In form.
  6. Complete any additional verification requested by the system.
  7. After successful authentication, continue into your PROS SUITE workspace.

Security recommendation

Use Remember me only on a private device you control.

Avoid using it on:

  1. Shared computers
  2. Public computers
  3. Hotel/business-center computers
  4. Public workstations
  5. Devices belonging to someone else

2.6 Showing or Hiding Your Password

The Password field includes a:

Show / Hide

control.

Use Show when you need to verify what you typed.

Use Hide when you want the Password concealed again.

2.7 Forgot Password?

If you cannot remember your Password, select:

Forgot password?

from the Sign In screen.

The Password Recovery process requests your Email address and can send an OTP used to reset the Password. The system language states:

“Enter your email address and we'll send you an OTP to reset your password.”

Password Recovery is covered in greater detail in Chapter 3 — Signing In, Email Verification, and Password Recovery.

2.8 Email Verification May Be Required

Depending on PROS SUITE security configuration, your account may need to verify its Email address before access is completed.

If verification is required, PROS SUITE can stop the normal Sign In process and present an Email Verification state.

The user can:

  1. Check the registered Email inbox.
  2. Use the verification link.
  3. Request Resend Verification Email.
  4. Return using Back to Sign In.

2.9 If a Verification Link Fails

If the verification link is invalid or has expired, the verification screen can display:

Verification Failed

and provides:

Resend Verification Email

The user can enter their Email address and select:

Send New Link.

After successfully verifying the Email, return to Login and sign in.

2.10 Two-Factor Authentication May Be Required

If Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled for your account, the Sign In process may require the additional verification code before the session is completed.

PROS SUITE's authentication layer supports a dedicated Two-Factor verification step in addition to Email and Password authentication.

The setup and management of Two-Factor Authentication is covered in Chapter 4.

2.11 Entering the Dashboard

After successful authentication, the Dashboard becomes the main starting area for working in PROS SUITE.

The Dashboard displays a personalized greeting:

Welcome back, [Name]

when a Name is available.

Immediately below it, PROS SUITE describes the workspace as:

“Your AI-powered workspace with [number]+ tools ready to boost your productivity.”

The number reflects the tool collection available to your account.

2.12 Understanding the Main Screen Layout

The main authenticated interface is organized into:

Sidebar

Used to browse tool categories and individual tools.

Header

Used for global functions such as Search, Appearance, Language, Notifications, AI Model Selection, Settings, and the User Menu.

Main Workspace

Displays the Dashboard or whichever tool you are currently operating.

The shared application layout places the Sidebar beside the workspace and Header above it.

2.13 Desktop vs. Mobile Navigation

On larger screens, the Sidebar remains available as the primary tool navigation.

On smaller screens, PROS SUITE provides a mobile menu button that opens the Sidebar navigation.

This means the same tools can be accessed across supported screen sizes, although the layout changes to fit the available space.

2.14 Review Your Token Balance First

Before beginning regular AI work, locate the Monthly Tokens area near the bottom of the Sidebar.

It displays:

Monthly Tokens

and:

[number] left

It also displays:

  1. Your current Plan Name
  2. Token progress
  3. Upgrade

This should become one of the first areas you check when beginning a work session.

2.15 What Monthly Tokens Mean

Tokens are PROS SUITE's usage balance for supported AI operations.

Think of the relationship as:

Plan → Token Allocation → Tool Usage → Remaining Token Balance

Different tools can have different Token costs.

Therefore:

10 generations in one tool do not necessarily cost the same as 10 generations in another tool.

2.16 Token Balance on the Dashboard

The Dashboard also includes a:

Token Balance

card.

It describes this value as:

Available credits.

Throughout this manual, the primary system term will be Tokens because that is the operating terminology used in the Sidebar and individual AI tools.

2.17 Review Your Plan

Your Plan Name can appear:

  1. In the Sidebar Token area.
  2. Beneath your Name in the Header user menu.
  3. Through the current Pricing/Upgrade experience.

The Header displays the Plan Name for standard users when one is assigned.

Your Plan helps determine which AI tools PROS SUITE makes available to your account.

2.18 If No Plan Is Assigned

A standard user without an assigned Plan can see:

Unlock AI Tools

followed by:

“Please upgrade your account to start using our premium AI tools.”

The prompt contains:

Upgrade Now.

Selecting it opens the current Pricing area.

2.19 Do Not Rely on Manual Pricing Figures

Pricing and package configuration can change.

For that reason, this manual does not hard-code:

  1. Subscription prices
  2. Current package names beyond labels actually shown to the user
  3. Current Token allocations
  4. Exact number of tools in each commercial package

Use the current:

Upgrade Plan / Pricing

screen as the authoritative user-facing source for offers currently available to your account.

2.20 Understanding Tool Access

PROS SUITE does not simply unlock every source-defined feature for every user.

Tool access can depend on:

  1. Whether the feature is enabled.
  2. Whether it has been disabled for your user account.
  3. Whether it is designated as a generally available/basic tool.
  4. Whether it has been made available as a free tool.
  5. Whether your Plan contains the tool.
  6. Whether your account receives Enterprise-level access.
  7. Whether the feature is still Coming Soon.

The Suite's access guard specifically evaluates account and tool eligibility before allowing access to protected features.

2.21 Your Sidebar May Differ from Another User's

This is expected.

A coworker, client, or subscriber may see a different tool list because their account may have:

  1. A different subscription.
  2. Different assigned tools.
  3. Different disabled features.
  4. Enterprise access.
  5. Access to a tool designated as free.
  6. Different system availability.

Therefore, do not assume that a missing tool means the application is malfunctioning.

First verify your Plan and tool access.

2.22 Browsing the Sidebar

The Sidebar organizes PROS SUITE into functional categories such as:

  1. Core Tools
  2. AI Marketing
  3. Social Media auto reply
  4. Trading & Markets
  5. Writing
  6. Social Media
  7. Marketing
  8. Business
  9. Development
  10. Education
  11. Creative
  12. Legal
  13. SEO
  14. Personal
  15. AI Agents
  16. Data & Analytics
  17. Design & UX
  18. Health & Wellness
  19. Communication
  20. Other

The complete source-defined navigation is grouped this way so users can locate tools according to the job they want to perform.

2.23 Expanding and Collapsing Categories

Sidebar categories can be presented as collapsible sections.

When you know the type of work you want to perform:

  1. Locate the appropriate category.
  2. Expand it if necessary.
  3. Find the tool.
  4. Select the tool Name.

For example:

Marketing → Sales Pitch

or:

Writing → Content Writer

or:

Development → Code Review

or:

AI Agents → Research Agent

2.24 Understanding Tool Badges

Some tools display badges such as:

New

Pro

or:

Soon

The current Sidebar explicitly supports these states.

New

Indicates a newer feature.

Pro

Indicates a feature designated as part of the Suite's Pro feature set.

Soon

Indicates Coming Soon status.

A Coming Soon tool may remain visible in navigation but is not available for normal selection.

2.25 The Facebook Agent Example

The current Social Media auto reply category contains:

  1. WhatsApp Agent
  2. Instagram Agent
  3. Facebook Agent

The Facebook Agent is marked Coming Soon in the current source-defined navigation.

This is a good example of why:

Visible in Sidebar ≠ Currently Operational

for every feature.

2.26 Using the Dashboard Instead of the Sidebar

You do not have to locate every tool through the Sidebar.

The Dashboard provides a tool-browsing experience that can:

  1. Show tools available to your account.
  2. Search the tool collection.
  3. Filter by category.
  4. Open tools directly.

The Dashboard applies account permissions before constructing the available tool collection.

2.27 Quick Actions

For faster access, the Dashboard provides:

Quick Actions

with the description:

“Jump right into your favorite tools”.

The current Quick Actions are:

  1. AI Chat
  2. Content Writer
  3. Code Generator
  4. Website Builder
  5. Image Generator
  6. Translator Hub

Only actions available to the current account are displayed.

2.28 Browse All Tools

From Quick Actions, select:

View all

to move down to the larger tool browser.

Use this when:

  1. You are learning what PROS SUITE can do.
  2. You do not know which category contains a tool.
  3. You want to compare tools.
  4. You know the task but not the tool Name.

2.29 Dashboard Tool Search

The Dashboard maintains its own tool-search field.

It filters the available tools using the tool Name and can combine that Search with a selected category.

For example, entering:

resume

can help locate Resume Builder.

Entering:

SEO

can help locate tools whose displayed Name matches that Search.

2.30 Using Global Search

The Header provides a second, global Search control labeled:

Search tools, features...

Use Global Search when you are already inside another tool and want to navigate somewhere else without manually browsing the Sidebar.

2.31 Global Search Keyboard Shortcut

On supported desktop interfaces, the Search control displays:

Command + K.

This gives you a faster way to open Global Search while working.

2.32 Header Appearance Controls

The Header also contains:

  1. Theme Toggle
  2. RTL Toggle
  3. Language Switcher

These controls affect the interface rather than the content generated by the AI.

2.33 Theme Selection

PROS SUITE's appearance system supports:

  1. Light
  2. Dark
  3. System

The selected Theme is stored in your browser.

This means a Theme choice can remain associated with that browser after you leave and return.

2.34 Language Selection

The Language system always treats English as the default and can load other system-enabled languages.

The selected language is saved in browser storage.

Changing language can reload the current page so the newly selected language is applied throughout the interface.

2.35 RTL Layout

PROS SUITE can switch the document direction between:

  1. Left-to-right
  2. Right-to-left

The setting is also saved in the browser.

When supported languages require right-to-left presentation, the Language system can automatically apply RTL behavior.

2.36 Notifications

The Header includes a notification bell.

The notification area can display:

  1. Number of unread notifications
  2. Title
  3. Description
  4. Time
  5. Read/unread state

You can also:

  1. Mark an individual notification as read.
  2. Mark all notifications as read.
  3. Select View all notifications.

2.37 Opening Your User Menu

Select your Avatar/User area in the Header.

The menu can display:

  1. Your Name
  2. Email
  3. Plan Name

and provides:

  1. Dashboard
  2. Settings
  3. Upgrade Plan
  4. Log out

2.38 Returning to the Dashboard

From almost anywhere in the authenticated Suite, you can return using:

User Menu → Dashboard

or:

Sidebar → Main → Dashboard

The Dashboard is the recommended reset point whenever you are unsure where to go next.

2.39 Opening Settings

Select:

User Menu → Settings

The current Settings dialog is designed around:

  1. API Keys
  2. Security (2FA)

and is described as:

“Manage your API keys and security settings.”

You do not need to configure every Settings option before using PROS SUITE.

2.40 Selecting an AI Model

When AI Model controls are enabled, the Header displays the current model selector.

Open it to access:

Select AI Model.

The available model collection is loaded by PROS SUITE and can contain models from multiple providers.

2.41 You Do Not Always Need to Change the Model

For a first session, you generally do not need to change the model unless:

  1. You specifically want another model.
  2. A tool requires a particular capability.
  3. You have configured another supported provider.
  4. PROS SUITE instructs you to configure the selected model.

The selected model is a global operating choice used by supported AI-generation workflows.

2.42 If a Model Requires an API Key

When you select a model that requires a provider credential and none is available, PROS SUITE can display:

Model Not Available

with:

“This model requires an API key. Please configure it in Settings.”

Open:

Settings → API Keys

and configure the required provider if you intend to use that model.

2.43 Supported User-Configurable AI Providers

The current Settings interface contains fields for:

  1. Gemini API Key
  2. OpenAI API Key
  3. Anthropic API Key
  4. Mistral API Key
  5. Groq API Key
  6. NVIDIA API Key

The interface also shows whether a Custom Key is configured for each provider.

AI provider configuration is covered in depth in Chapter 11.

2.44 Choose Your First Tool

For a first generation, start with a standard prompt-based tool rather than one of the more complex project workspaces.

Good examples include:

  1. Content Writer
  2. Summarizer
  3. Email Assistant
  4. A/B Test Copy
  5. Apology Drafter
  6. Vocabulary Builder
  7. Poem Generator

These types of tools use the shared PROS SUITE generation interface.

For example, the A/B Test Copy tool identifies its purpose, gives a prompt field, provides example prompts, assigns a Token cost, and uses the standard generation workspace.

2.45 Understanding a Standard Tool Screen

A standard AI Tool screen includes:

Tool Header

Displays:

  1. Tool Name
  2. Category
  3. Description

Token Information

Displays:

  1. Tokens per use
  2. Your current Token Balance

Input

Displays:

  1. Instructions/prompt area
  2. Generate
  3. Reset
  4. Example prompts when available

Output

Displays:

  1. Generated content
  2. Copy
  3. Download

2.46 Review the Tool's Token Cost

Before selecting Generate, review:

[number] tokens per use

and:

Your balance: [number] tokens.

The cost can vary by tool and system configuration.

Do not assume all AI tools cost the same amount.

2.47 Token Cost Can Also Depend on the Model

In the shared generator framework, PROS SUITE first determines the applicable tool cost and can then adjust the displayed amount depending on the selected provider.

For the current standard ToolPage, selecting an OpenAI-provider model applies a higher displayed multiplier than the base cost.

Therefore, if the displayed Token cost changes after selecting another model, this can be expected behavior.

2.48 Entering Your First Prompt

Locate:

Input

The interface describes it as:

“Describe what you want to generate.”

Type your instructions into the text area.

For example:

Write a professional follow-up email to a prospect who attended a product demonstration yesterday. Thank them for attending and invite them to schedule a 30-minute implementation consultation.

The more context you provide, the more precisely the tool can target the requested output.

2.49 Required Input

If you try to generate without entering instructions, the standard tool can display:

Input required

and:

“Please enter a prompt to continue.”

Enter your instructions and try again.

2.50 Using Example Prompts

Some tools provide:

Try these examples:

Selecting an example places that prompt into the Input field.

Example Prompts are particularly useful when:

  1. You are using a tool for the first time.
  2. You are unsure what information the tool expects.
  3. You want to understand the recommended instruction format.

You can select an example and then customize it before generating.

2.51 Generating Your First Result

After entering instructions:

  1. Review your Input.
  2. Review the Token cost.
  3. Confirm the correct AI Model if relevant.
  4. Select Generate.

While PROS SUITE is processing, the button changes to:

Generating...

2.52 Keyboard Shortcut for Generation

Within the standard ToolPage Input, you can also use:

Ctrl + Enter

to start the generation.

This is useful for keyboard-focused workflows.

2.53 Watching the Result Generate

Standard ToolPage responses are displayed in the:

Output

section.

Before generation, the section states:

“Generated content will appear here.”

As the response is generated, the output can stream into the workspace rather than requiring the entire answer to finish before anything becomes visible.

2.54 Reviewing the Result

Do not treat the first generated response as automatically final.

Review it for:

  1. Accuracy
  2. Completeness
  3. Tone
  4. Formatting
  5. Brand consistency
  6. Factual correctness
  7. Missing details
  8. Business appropriateness

For consequential content, independently verify important information before using or publishing it.

2.55 Copying Generated Content

When an Output exists, select the Copy icon.

PROS SUITE copies the generated content to your clipboard and can confirm:

Copied!

Content copied to clipboard.

You can then paste the result into another application.

2.56 Downloading Generated Content

Select the Download icon to save the generated result.

The standard ToolPage downloads the text output using a filename based on the tool:

[tool-id]-output.txt

For example, a standard tool could produce a file such as:

content-improver-output.txt

The exact output format can differ for specialized tools.

2.57 Resetting a Standard Tool

Select the Reset control beside Generate to clear the current:

  1. Input
  2. Output

and return focus to the Input area.

Use Reset when you want to begin an unrelated generation.

2.58 Standard Generator Workflow

For most simple generators, remember:

Choose Tool

Review Token Cost

Enter Prompt

Optional Example Prompt

Generate

Review Output

Copy or Download

Reset for New Work

This workflow will apply repeatedly throughout later chapters.

2.59 Not Every Tool Uses the Standard Generator

More sophisticated modules can have completely different controls.

Examples include:

  1. Website Builder
  2. Pitch Deck
  3. Browser Control
  4. AI Voice Agent
  5. AI Meeting
  6. Game Developer
  7. Trading Terminal
  8. AI Marketing Studio
  9. Image Generator
  10. Video Generator
  11. Social Auto-Reply Agents

These may contain:

  1. Projects
  2. Saved History
  3. Galleries
  4. Uploads
  5. Configuration panels
  6. Publishing
  7. Connection setup
  8. Preview environments
  9. Specialized exports

Do not expect every tool to display the same Input/Output arrangement.

2.60 Saved Work Is Not Universal

One of the most important first-time concepts is that a standard ToolPage does not establish a universal Save button or universal project history.

For the standard generator, the verified controls are:

Generate → Copy → Download → Reset.

If the result is important, Copy or Download it unless the particular tool provides its own persistent history.

2.61 Specialized Tools Can Save Their Own Projects

Some major workspaces do maintain persistent data.

The Suite source establishes dedicated project structures for:

  1. Website Projects
  2. Presentation Projects
  3. Game Projects

Other specialized modules, such as AI Marketing tools, maintain their own asset/history systems.

This is why you should learn the Save/History behavior of each advanced workspace individually.

2.62 Refreshing Your Token Balance

PROS SUITE refreshes account information after successful supported API operations so that usage changes can be reflected in the user's account state.

After a successful generation, review:

Monthly Tokens

if you want to confirm your updated balance.

2.63 Insufficient Tokens

Some tools explicitly validate the available Token Balance before performing an AI operation.

When the balance is too low, the operation can fail with:

Insufficient token balance.

If this occurs:

  1. Check Monthly Tokens.
  2. Confirm the tool's required cost.
  3. Review your Plan.
  4. Use Upgrade or Upgrade Plan if additional access or allocation is needed.

2.64 Upgrade Plan

The user menu includes:

Upgrade Plan

which opens the Pricing area.

The Sidebar Token area also contains:

Upgrade.

Use the current Pricing screen rather than outdated screenshots or old documentation when evaluating available packages.

2.65 If a Tool Is Missing

If you expected to see a tool but cannot find it:

  1. Use Global Search.
  2. Check the appropriate Sidebar category.
  3. Review your Plan Name.
  4. Determine whether the feature is marked Coming Soon.
  5. Verify whether the tool is included with your account.
  6. If appropriate, review the Pricing/Upgrade screen.

The Dashboard and Sidebar both filter the tool collection based on account access rather than showing every possible tool to every subscriber.

2.66 If a Tool Opens but Access Is Restricted

Some advanced routes use a feature-access guard.

Protected functionality can be evaluated according to:

  1. User account
  2. Assigned tool
  3. Enterprise access
  4. Free-tool status
  5. Disabled-feature status

If access is denied, return to Dashboard and select a tool included with your account or review your current Plan.

2.67 If the AI Model Is Unavailable

If the model selector reports:

Model Not Available

and tells you an API Key is required:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select API Keys.
  3. Locate the relevant provider.
  4. Enter the appropriate Key.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Return to the Model Selector.
  7. Select the desired model again.

The Settings dialog currently supports several AI providers and displays their configuration state.

2.68 Do Not Configure Provider Keys Unless Needed

A new user does not need to fill every API Key field merely because the fields are available.

Configure a provider credential when:

  1. You intend to use that provider.
  2. PROS SUITE indicates the selected model requires it.
  3. Your organization's operating procedure calls for your own provider credentials.

The interface states that user-entered provider keys are stored locally in the browser.

2.69 Browser-Specific Settings

Several PROS SUITE preferences are stored in the browser, including:

  1. Theme
  2. Language
  3. RTL setting
  4. User-entered AI provider keys

The Theme is stored in browser storage. Language and RTL choices are also stored locally.

Therefore, changing browsers or devices may require you to configure some of these preferences again.

2.70 Logging Out

When finished using PROS SUITE:

  1. Open the Header User Menu.
  2. Select Log out.

The Log out control appears at the bottom of the user menu.

Logging out is particularly important when using:

  1. Shared devices
  2. Temporary workstations
  3. Devices accessible to other people

2.71 First-Time Workflow Example

Assume you want to create a professional email.

Step 1

Sign in to PROS SUITE.

Step 2

Review:

Monthly Tokens

Step 3

Use the Sidebar:

Marketing → Email Assistant

Step 4

Review the Tool description and Token cost.

Step 5

Enter a detailed prompt describing:

  1. Recipient
  2. Purpose
  3. Tone
  4. Required information
  5. Desired next action

Step 6

Select:

Generate

Step 7

Review the result.

Step 8

Use:

Copy

or:

Download

Step 9

Modify your instructions and generate another version when needed.

This same basic pattern applies to many of the Suite's prompt-based tools.

2.72 Choosing the Right Tool

PROS SUITE usually works best when you select the specialized tool that matches the outcome you want.

Instead of always using AI Chat, consider:

Desired OutcomeRecommended Tool
General AI conversationAI Chat
Long-form contentContent Writer
Professional emailEmail Assistant
Sales messagingSales Pitch
Business strategy documentBusiness Plan
WebsiteWebsite Builder
PresentationPitch Deck
ImageImage Generator
VideoVideo Generator
ResearchResearch Agent
CodeCode Generator
Code debuggingBug Fix
Data file analysisCSV Analyzer
Search optimizationSEO tools
Social contentSocial Media tools

The categories exist specifically to help you route work toward a more specialized AI workflow.

2.73 Recommended Prompt Structure

For a stronger first result, provide five kinds of information where applicable:

1. Objective

What should the AI create?

2. Context

What does it need to know?

3. Audience

Who will receive or use the result?

4. Style/Tone

Professional, persuasive, concise, instructional, conversational, etc.

5. Requirements

Length, format, sections, calls to action, information that must be included, and anything to avoid.

For example:

Create a 300-word sales follow-up email for small-business owners who attended our software demo. Use a confident professional tone, summarize three productivity benefits, and end with a call to schedule a 30-minute consultation.

2.74 First-Time Mistakes to Avoid

Using a vague prompt

Write marketing content

is much less useful than a detailed objective.

Choosing the wrong specialized tool

Use the tool whose purpose most closely matches the required output.

Ignoring Token cost

Check the cost before repeatedly regenerating.

Assuming every tool saves automatically

Standard ToolPage output should be copied or downloaded when important.

Assuming every Sidebar tool is available

Check Plan and feature status.

Adding API Keys unnecessarily

Only configure providers you intend to use.

Publishing AI output without review

Always inspect important output before external use.

2.75 Troubleshooting — Cannot Sign In

Check:

  1. Email address
  2. Password
  3. Whether the Password is being typed correctly
  4. Whether Email Verification is pending
  5. Whether Two-Factor Authentication is required

If the Password is unknown, use:

Forgot password?

If Email Verification has failed, request a new verification link.

2.76 Troubleshooting — Dashboard Has Fewer Tools Than Expected

This can be normal.

Check:

  1. Current Plan
  2. Assigned tools
  3. System availability
  4. Free-tool availability
  5. Coming Soon status
  6. Account-specific restrictions

The Dashboard explicitly filters its tool list based on account access.

2.77 Troubleshooting — Generate Is Disabled

On a standard ToolPage, Generate is disabled when:

  1. The input is empty.
  2. A generation is already in progress.

Enter a valid prompt or allow the current generation to complete.

2.78 Troubleshooting — Generated Content Does Not Appear

If generation fails, the standard ToolPage can display an Error notification such as:

Failed to generate content. Please try again.

Check:

  1. Prompt is present.
  2. Token Balance is sufficient.
  3. Selected AI model is available.
  4. Required provider Key is configured if applicable.
  5. Network connection is functioning.

Then try the generation again.

2.79 Troubleshooting — Token Balance Is Too Low

If a tool reports insufficient Tokens:

  1. Check the Sidebar Monthly Tokens balance.
  2. Review the displayed tool cost.
  3. Avoid unnecessary repeated generations.
  4. Open Upgrade or Upgrade Plan if needed.

Do not repeatedly submit the same request when the account does not have enough Tokens to complete it.

2.80 Troubleshooting — Cannot Find Saved Output

First determine which type of tool you used.

Standard Generator

The output may need to be Copied or Downloaded manually.

Specialized Project Tool

Look inside that tool's own:

  1. Projects
  2. History
  3. Gallery
  4. Saved work
  5. Assets

PROS SUITE does not currently provide one universal Saved Projects screen for every generated result.

2.81 First-Time Setup Checklist

Before moving into advanced PROS SUITE functionality, confirm:

  1. You can sign in successfully.
  2. Email Verification is complete if required.
  3. Two-Factor Authentication can be completed if enabled.
  4. Dashboard loads.
  5. You can identify your Plan.
  6. You can locate Monthly Tokens.
  7. You understand that different tools may use different Token amounts.

2.84 Chapter Summary

Getting started with AIUNIFY PROS SUITE centers on five concepts:

1. Authenticate

Sign in using your account and complete Email Verification or Two-Factor Authentication when required.

2. Understand Your Access

Your Plan and account configuration determine which tools appear. PROS SUITE does not expose every tool to every account automatically.

3. Monitor Tokens

Use Monthly Tokens to understand your remaining usage.

4. Find the Right Tool

Use the Dashboard, Sidebar, Quick Actions, category browsing, or Search tools, features... to locate the correct workspace.

5. Learn the Core Generation Workflow

For standard tools:

Input → Generate → Output → Copy/Download → Reset.

Once these five concepts are familiar, you have the foundation needed to operate the broader AIUNIFY PROS SUITE ecosystem.
