This chapter explains how users access AIUNIFY PROS SUITE and recover access when authentication cannot be completed normally.
It covers:
The standard authentication path is:
PROS SUITE → Email + Password → Email Verification if Required → 2FA if Enabled → Dashboard
The Password Recovery path is:
Forgot password? → Email → Reset OTP → Verify Code → New Password → Return to Login
Open:
suite.poweredbyaiunify.com
The Sign In screen identifies the application as:
AIUNIFY Suite
with the description:
“Access your complete AI-powered business toolkit from one centralized workspace.”
The Sign In form is the primary authentication entry point for existing users.
The standard Sign In form requires:
It also provides:
The Email field cannot be empty.
If no Email is entered, PROS SUITE validates it with:
Email is required
The value must also be recognized as an Email address; otherwise the validation message is:
Invalid email address.
Enter the Email address associated with your PROS SUITE account.
The Password field is also required.
Submitting the Sign In form without a Password produces:
Password is required.
Password matching is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as originally created or most recently reset.
The Password field includes a visibility control.
When the Password is hidden, select:
Show
to reveal what you entered.
When visible, select:
Hide
to conceal it again.
This can help identify typing mistakes before submitting the Sign In form.
The Sign In screen contains:
Remember me.
Although this checkbox is present in the user interface, the included PROS SUITE user-facing source does not establish a specific session duration for this option, nor does the visible Login request demonstrate the checkbox being passed into the authentication request. The Login request shown in the source sends Email, Password, and applicable security-verification information.
Therefore, this manual does not claim that selecting Remember me guarantees a specific number of days of persistent access.
Do not rely on it as a substitute for securely maintaining your login credentials.
As a security best practice, avoid selecting Remember me on:
When working on a shared device, always use Log out when finished.
To sign in:
While the request is processing, the button displays:
Signing in...
When authentication succeeds without requiring an additional security step, PROS SUITE displays:
Welcome back!
and:
Successfully logged in.
A normal user is then directed to:
Dashboard
The source routes ordinary users to /dashboard after successful authentication.
Submitting the Sign In form does not always mean you immediately reach the Dashboard.
PROS SUITE can respond in several ways:
Email + Password
↓
→ Dashboard
→ Two-Factor Authentication
→ Verify
→ Dashboard
→ Verify Your Email
→ Verify Email
→ Return to Login
→ Dashboard
→ Login failed
→ Forgot password?
→ OTP Recovery
→ New Password
→ Login
This branching behavior is built directly into the current authentication workflow.
If credentials are not accepted and Email Verification is not the issue, PROS SUITE displays:
Login failed
The message underneath can contain the specific error returned by the authentication system or fall back to:
Invalid credentials.
If the authentication process encounters another failure, the Login interface can display:
Error
with:
“Something went wrong. Please try again.”
This is different from an explicit invalid-credentials response.
If this occurs:
PROS SUITE can require a user's Email address to be verified before access is granted.
If the Login response indicates that verification is required, the normal Login form is replaced by:
Verify Your Email
with the message:
“You must verify your email address to log in. Please check your inbox for a verification link.”
Email Verification is an account-security step.
If the account exists but its Email address has not completed the required verification process, valid credentials alone may not be sufficient to enter PROS SUITE.
The Login workflow recognizes this condition separately from invalid credentials and moves the user into the Email Verification state.
When the Verify Your Email screen appears:
The verification message contains a button labeled:
Verify Email Address
The Email also provides the verification URL as a fallback if the button does not work.
This provides two ways to complete verification:
Method 1 — Select Verify Email Address
or:
Method 2 — Copy the provided verification link into your browser
When the verification request is successful, the verification page displays:
Verification Complete
and the success message returned by the service, with a fallback of:
Email verified successfully!
The page then provides:
Continue to Login.
After verification completes, PROS SUITE provides:
Continue to Login
rather than treating the verification link itself as the normal authenticated Suite session.
The recommended sequence is therefore:
Verify Email → Continue to Login → Enter Credentials → Complete 2FA if Applicable → Dashboard
A verification link can fail.
When this occurs, the Email Verification page displays:
Verification Failed.
The actual error information returned by the service is displayed beneath it.
One potential reason identified by the interface is an expired verification link.
When verification fails, the page provides:
Resend Verification Email
with the explanation:
“If your link has expired, enter your email below to request a new verification link.”
To request another link:
You can also request a replacement verification Email directly from the Login verification state.
Select:
Resend Verification Email
While processing, the control displays:
Sending....
When successful, the Login screen confirms:
A new verification link has been sent!
When PROS SUITE successfully accepts the resend request, it can display:
Verification Sent
with:
“A new verification link has been sent to your email.”
Use the newest verification Email when several verification messages are present.
The Email Verification state also includes:
Back to Sign In.
Use this if:
If you do not see the verification message:
Avoid repeatedly requesting several links in rapid succession, because doing so can make it harder to identify the newest valid message.
If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for the account, valid Email and Password credentials do not immediately complete authentication.
PROS SUITE instead responds with a temporary verification session and displays:
Two-Factor Authentication.
The Login screen notifies the user:
Two-Factor Required
“Please enter your authentication code.”
The 2FA screen instructs:
“Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit security code.”
To complete Sign In:
The six-digit code auto-submits once complete.
When the Two-Factor code is accepted, PROS SUITE completes authentication, refreshes the authenticated user state, and proceeds into the account.
For a standard user, the Login workflow then sends the user to:
Dashboard.
The current 2FA Sign In screen starts a:
5-minute verification session
and displays:
Code expires in [time].
If that verification session reaches zero, PROS SUITE displays:
“Verification session expired. Please log in again.”
If you see:
Verification session expired. Please log in again.
Do not continue using an old code from the expired verification session.
If you cannot access your authenticator application, the Sign In verification interface also provides:
Use a recovery code instead.
This switches the interface from normal authenticator verification to:
Two-Factor Recovery.
The recovery interface instructs:
“Enter one of your 8-character recovery codes (format: XXXX-XXXX).”
Enter the Recovery Code and select:
Verify Recovery Code.
Recovery Codes are created as part of the Two-Factor Authentication setup process covered in Chapter 4.
After selecting Recovery Code mode, PROS SUITE provides:
Use authenticator app instead.
Use this if you regain access to your authenticator application and want to enter the normal six-digit security code instead.
The Two-Factor screen includes:
Back to Login.
Selecting it cancels the current Two-Factor step and returns you to the normal Sign In process.
If verification fails, the Two-Factor screen displays the error returned by the verification process.
For normal authenticator codes, the currently entered code is cleared after failure so another code can be entered.
Try the following:
If you cannot remember your Password, return to the Sign In screen and select:
Forgot password?
PROS SUITE opens its dedicated Password Recovery workflow.
The current recovery interface is organized into four states:
For users, this translates to:
Enter Email → Verify OTP → Set New Password → Password Reset Complete
The Password Recovery screen begins with:
Forgot Password
and:
“Enter your email address and we'll send you an OTP to reset your password.”
Enter your registered:
Email address
and select:
Send Reset OTP.
The recovery Email field requires:
The validation messages are:
Email is required
and:
Invalid email address.
When the Reset OTP request succeeds, PROS SUITE displays:
OTP Sent
with:
“If an account exists, an OTP has been sent to your email.”
Notice the wording:
If an account exists
The interface intentionally does not confirm on this screen whether a particular Email address corresponds to an account.
The next screen displays:
Check your email
and:
“We've sent a 6-digit verification code to [Email].”
Retrieve the code from the Email message.
Locate:
Verification Code
The form provides six OTP positions.
Enter the entire six-digit code and select:
Verify Code.
The button remains unavailable until the required six-character OTP has been entered.
The Password Recovery form requires a six-character verification code.
If the requirement is not met, the validation message is:
Verification code must be 6 digits.
When the OTP is accepted, PROS SUITE displays:
OTP Verified
with:
“You can now reset your password.”
The system then advances to:
Set new password
If the code is rejected, PROS SUITE displays:
Invalid OTP
and either the returned error or the fallback:
“The OTP provided is incorrect or expired.”
The field can also display:
Invalid OTP provided.
The OTP screen provides:
Didn't receive the code? Resend.
Select it to request another code.
When the resend succeeds, PROS SUITE displays:
OTP Resent
with:
“A new OTP has been sent to your email.”
Use the newly received code.
If no code appears:
If a previously received OTP is rejected as expired, request a new one.
After the OTP is verified, the screen displays:
Set new password
and:
“Please enter your new password below.”
The form contains:
The current Password Recovery form requires the New Password to contain at least:
6 characters
If it is shorter, PROS SUITE displays:
Password must be at least 6 characters.
This is the verified minimum enforced by the current user-facing reset form.
The Confirm Password field is required.
If left empty:
Confirm password is required
If it does not match the New Password:
Passwords do not match.
Both entries must match before the reset can be successfully submitted.
Both:
contain visibility controls.
You can temporarily reveal either value to verify that both Password entries match before submitting.
Although the current reset form verifies a minimum of six characters, a longer and unique Password is recommended for better account security.
A strong Password should preferably:
The six-character value is the current form minimum, not a recommendation for ideal security.
After entering matching Password values:
PROS SUITE submits the verified Email, OTP, and new Password through the recovery flow.
When successful, PROS SUITE displays:
Success
with:
“Your password has been reset successfully.”
The final recovery screen then displays:
Password Reset!
and:
“Your password has been changed successfully. You can now use your new password to log in.”
After a successful reset, select:
Return to Login.
Then:
Before the Password-reset process is complete, the recovery interface provides:
Back to Login.
Use this if:

These are two different processes.
| ProcessPurposeWhat You Receive | ||
| Email Verification | Confirms ownership of the account Email | Verification link |
| Password Recovery | Allows creation of a new Password | 6-digit OTP |
| Two-Factor Authentication | Confirms second authentication factor | 6-digit authenticator code or Recovery Code |
Do not confuse one verification method with another.
For Email Verification, use the verification link sent to your Email.
For Forgot Password, enter the six-digit OTP into the recovery screen.
A Password-reset OTP should not be entered into the normal Email Verification link flow, and an Email Verification link is not the Password-reset OTP.
Both may contain six digits, but they serve different purposes.
Delivered through the Forgot Password process and used to authorize setting a new Password.
Generated by the authenticator application and used after Email + Password authentication when 2FA is enabled.
The Two-Factor interface can alternatively accept one of the account's Recovery Codes.
If you see:
Email is required
enter an Email address.
If you see:
Invalid email address
check the Email format.
The Sign In form performs both validations before authentication.
If:
Password is required
appears:
If you do not know the Password, do not repeatedly guess. Select:
Forgot password?
If you see:
Login failed
check:
If you cannot confidently identify the correct Password, use the Password Recovery workflow.
If PROS SUITE says:
You must verify your email address to log in
then Password Recovery is not necessarily the problem.
Instead:
If the verification page displays:
Verification Failed
and the link appears to have expired:
The failed-verification page explicitly supports this recovery path.
If the Password-reset OTP does not arrive:
The current recovery interface supports OTP resend directly from the code-entry screen.
If you receive:
Invalid OTP
or:
The OTP provided is incorrect or expired
request another OTP and use the newest code.
Do not keep trying an explicitly expired code.
Check whether:
The exact validation rules are:
Password must be at least 6 characters
Confirm password is required
Passwords do not match.
This can be expected.
Changing your Password does not mean Two-Factor Authentication has been removed.
If 2FA is enabled, the normal sequence remains:
Email + New Password → 2FA → Dashboard
Use the authenticator application or one of your valid Recovery Codes.
At the Two-Factor screen, select:
Use a recovery code instead.
Enter one of the Recovery Codes generated when 2FA was configured.
If you have neither your authenticator application nor a valid Recovery Code, normal self-service 2FA verification cannot be completed through the user-facing flow documented in this source. You will need the appropriate AIUNIFY account-support process.
If you see:
Verification session expired. Please log in again.
return to Login and start a new authentication attempt.
The current Two-Factor verification screen provides a five-minute verification window.
The Email Verification page can display:
Connection error. Please try again.
If this occurs:
For safer PROS SUITE access:
Treat the following as sensitive authentication information:
These credentials or links can participate in account-access workflows and should not be posted publicly, placed in screenshots, or sent to unauthorized people.
PROS SUITE can involve three different forms of proof:
Your Password
Your verified Email account
Your configured Authenticator app or Recovery Codes
Used together, these create a stronger account-access process than Password-only authentication.

If you cannot access PROS SUITE, work through this checklist in order:
This chapter explains how to use Two-Factor Authentication during Sign In.
It does not yet cover how to:
Those account-security controls are covered in the next chapter.
AIUNIFY PROS SUITE uses a layered authentication process.
The normal path is:
Email + Password → Additional Verification if Required → Dashboard
The Sign In screen requires a valid Email format and a Password and provides Show/Hide, Remember me, and Forgot password? controls.
If Email Verification is required:
Verify Your Email → Verification Link → Verification Complete → Continue to Login.
If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled:
Password Accepted → 6-Digit Authenticator Code or Recovery Code → Dashboard.
If the Password is forgotten:
Forgot Password → Send Reset OTP → Verify 6-Digit Code → Set New Password → Return to Login.
Understanding which authentication state you are currently seeing—Login Failed, Verify Your Email, Two-Factor Authentication, or Forgot Password—is the key to choosing the correct recovery action.
