The Dashboard is the primary starting workspace inside AIUNIFY PROS SUITE after authentication.
It is designed to help you quickly understand:
The Dashboard combines real account information with some current presentation/demo statistics. This distinction is important because not every number displayed on the current Dashboard represents measured activity from your account.
After a successful Sign In, standard PROS SUITE users are directed to:

The Dashboard should be treated as your main navigation and discovery center when you are unsure which PROS SUITE tool to use next.
At the top of the Dashboard, PROS SUITE displays:

when the account contains a user Name.
Underneath, the Dashboard displays:
“Your AI-powered workspace with [number]+ tools ready to boost your productivity”.
The number is generated from the Dashboard's current allowed-tool collection rather than being one permanently hard-coded platform total.
The [number]+ tools value is based on the tools PROS SUITE considers available in the Dashboard for the current account.
The Dashboard constructs its tool collection from the Suite's navigation routes and merges those routes with additional feature information such as:
This is why the number shown on your Dashboard can differ from the total number of tools defined across the entire PROS SUITE platform.
The Dashboard applies account-based filtering to the tool collection.
For accounts with an assigned aiTools list, it displays tools included in that list plus tools designated as free. Administrative and Enterprise-level access are treated differently by the current Dashboard logic.
Therefore:
Dashboard Tool Count = Tools currently presented to that account by the Dashboard's access logic
It should not automatically be interpreted as the total number of tools that exist in PROS SUITE.
The current Dashboard is organized into the following major areas:

Near the top of the Dashboard are four statistic cards:
The first two are calculated from account/runtime information.
The latter two are currently defined as fixed presentation values in the Dashboard source.
This difference is important.
The first card is:
Token Balance
with the subtitle:
Available credits.
The value shown is derived from the authenticated user's Token Balance when that value is available.
This is one of the Dashboard values users can rely on as account-oriented information.
If a user-specific Token value is not present, the Dashboard falls back to the system's configured default Token amount.
This means the displayed Token figure comes from either:
User Token Balance
or, when unavailable:
System Default Token Setting
You can view Token information in two locations:
Token Balance — Available credits
Monthly Tokens — [number] left
The Sidebar also displays Token progress against the account Token Limit and the current Plan Name.
For routine usage monitoring, both areas are useful.
The Sidebar provides more plan-oriented context, while the Dashboard gives a fast current-balance view.

For accounts with a restricted aiTools list, the Dashboard filters Quick Actions according to the user's available tools and any tools configured as free.
Therefore, your Quick Actions area can contain fewer options than another user's.

This is a fast way to move from frequently used tools to broader tool discovery.

The first number is the length of the Dashboard's allowed-tool collection.
The Dashboard calculates its New Tool count by counting tools with the isNew flag.
The current source does not establish a creation date or monthly timestamp calculation for that count.
Therefore, the wording:
new this month
should be interpreted as the current presentation label for tools designated New, rather than as a date-audited record proving each tool launched during the current calendar month.
Within Browse All Tools, PROS SUITE provides:

This search is separate from the Header's global:

The Dashboard Search currently compares your Search text against each tool's displayed Name.
The match is:

The current Dashboard filtering logic compares the query against:

Therefore, searching by the actual tool Name is the most reliable approach.

Although the Sidebar contains many categories, the current Dashboard's FEATURE_CATEGORIES configuration has only:

Therefore, the current Dashboard category-filter row should not be expected to reproduce every Sidebar category.

Each matching tool appears as a card.
A Tool Card can contain:

The Tool Name corresponds to the title defined in the Suite's main navigation structure.
The Dashboard builds its master tool list from the sidebar routes and combines it with additional feature data.
This helps maintain consistency between Dashboard navigation and Sidebar navigation.
Where a feature description exists, the Dashboard displays it.
If one is not available, the current interface creates a fallback description resembling:
Generate [tool name] with AI.
Descriptions are intended to provide a quick indication of the tool's purpose.
Tools designated as newer features can display:
New.
This is based on the tool's configured isNew state.
It does not establish the exact date the feature was released.
Tools designated as Pro features can display:
Pro.
The badge identifies the tool's configured Pro status.
Actual access is still governed by the account and platform configuration.
Each Tool Card displays a Token amount beside a Token/energy symbol.
The Dashboard attempts to use the actual configured cost from the system's AI Limits.
If no configured value exists, it uses the tool's feature-defined cost.
This makes the Dashboard useful for comparing the expected Token cost of different tools before opening them.
When Dashboard tool information is created, a tool without a feature-defined Token cost receives a default Dashboard cost of:
10 Tokens.
System-configured AI Limits can override the feature-level cost shown on the Dashboard.
The Dashboard Token cost is useful for planning, but the actual tool screen should be your final checkpoint before beginning a generation.
A standard generator displays:
[number] tokens per use
and:
Your balance: [number] tokens
immediately in the working interface.
This is especially important when model/provider selection can affect generation cost.
To open a tool:
When hovering in supported desktop environments, the card exposes:

The Dashboard does not initially render the entire matching collection when many tools are available.
By default, it displays the first:
12 matching tools.
This keeps the Dashboard more compact.
When more than 12 tools match, the Dashboard displays:
View All [number] Tools.
Select it to display the complete matching collection.
After expanding the collection, the button changes to:
Show Less.
Select it to return to the first 12 matching cards.
Because the 12-card display rule is applied to the filtered collection, a Search producing more than 12 matches can initially show only the first 12.

to reveal the rest.

Two different counts can appear.

Uses the full Dashboard source tool collection.
The upgrade banner therefore can advertise a larger number than the number currently available to your account.
This is expected.
The Dashboard is excellent for:

Because the current Dashboard Category Filter does not reproduce the full Sidebar taxonomy, the most direct methods are:

The Sidebar is particularly useful when you want to browse several related business tools.
Suppose you are deciding among several tools.
Use Browse All Tools and review the Token amount at the bottom of each Tool Card.

Then open the tool that best matches your objective.
Before generating, confirm the final displayed cost inside the tool itself.
If the Dashboard says:

while another account shows more, this does not necessarily indicate a malfunction.

Remember that the current Dashboard search matches the tool label, not its descriptive purpose.
Narrow your search with a more specific Name.

When a result collection contains more than 12 tools, select:

The authenticated user state is refreshed after supported successful API operations so Token changes can be reflected in the interface.

Do not troubleshoot your account based on discrepancies between your actual activity and that graph.
