The Sidebar is the primary structured navigation system for AIUNIFY PROS SUITE.
While the Dashboard is useful for Quick Actions and tool discovery, the Sidebar provides the broadest organized view of the Suite's capabilities.
The current source defines:

After signing in, the main PROS SUITE application uses a persistent navigation area on the left side of the interface.
On desktop, the Sidebar appears as a fixed navigation column.
On smaller screens, it opens as a mobile navigation panel.
The Sidebar is generated from the same centralized navigation definition used by other parts of PROS SUITE.
Use the Sidebar when you want to:

Dashboard = discover and launch
Sidebar = organize and navigate
On desktop, the Sidebar supports two display modes:
Approximately 260 px wide.
Displays:
Approximately 70 px wide.
Displays primarily:
The current Sidebar switches between those two widths.
When the Sidebar is expanded, a left-pointing control is available near the top.
Select it to collapse the Sidebar.
When collapsed, the control changes so you can expand it again.
Collapsing the Sidebar is useful when:
When the desktop Sidebar is collapsed, hovering over a normal tool icon displays its Tool Name.
If the tool is marked New or Pro, the tooltip can also display those status indicators.
This allows the narrow Sidebar to remain usable without permanently displaying all Tool Names.
On mobile or smaller-screen layouts, the Sidebar becomes a slide-out panel.
The current mobile Sidebar:
When you select a normal tool from the mobile Sidebar, PROS SUITE closes the Sidebar panel as it navigates to that tool.
This prevents the navigation panel from remaining over the active workspace.
In expanded mode, each functional category is displayed as a collapsible section.
The category heading contains:
The current categories initialize in the open state.
Select a category heading to hide its Tool Names.
Select it again to reopen the category.
This is useful when you:
PROS SUITE first filters the items inside each category.
If no items remain after account and system access rules are applied, the entire category is not rendered.
Therefore, one user's Sidebar may contain fewer categories than another user's.
When a Sidebar Tool corresponds to the current page, PROS SUITE visually marks it as active.
In expanded mode, the active item receives:
This helps you identify where you are within the Suite.
When the active Sidebar entry loads, PROS SUITE automatically attempts to scroll that item toward the center of the Sidebar navigation area.
This is especially useful when the active tool is located far down the long navigation menu.

Before showing a tool, the Sidebar evaluates several conditions.

The Sidebar first checks whether the tool is enabled in system-level feature configuration.
For non-admin users, if the feature is explicitly configured as disabled, it is removed from the Sidebar.
Therefore:

PROS SUITE accounts can contain a:
disabledFeatures
list.
If a tool appears in the current user's disabled-feature list, the Sidebar removes it.
This allows access to be restricted at the individual account level.
For a normal non-admin, non-Enterprise user whose account contains an assigned aiTools list, the Sidebar checks whether each normal tool appears in that list.
If it is not assigned, it is hidden—unless another access rule such as Free Tool applies.
This is one of the main reasons different subscribers can have different Sidebars.
PROS SUITE can designate individual tools as:
Free Tools
A tool identified as free bypasses the normal package-assigned-tool check.
Therefore, an account can potentially access a free tool even when that tool is not included in its normal assigned aiTools list.
The Dashboard is specifically exempted from the normal assigned-tool check in the Sidebar.
The package restriction applies to normal tools while preserving Dashboard access.
This ensures the user retains a main entry point into PROS SUITE.
The Sidebar's package-assigned-tool check is not applied in the same way when:
Plan Name = Enterprise
The current filtering condition specifically limits its aiTools package check to users whose plan is not Enterprise.
System-level disabled features and user-level disabled features can still affect what appears because those checks occur first.
Administrator accounts are treated differently from ordinary subscribers in several Sidebar access checks.
For example, the system-level feature-disable check is bypassed for admins in this Sidebar logic.
This manual is written for ordinary PROS SUITE subscribers, not administrative platform management.
A tool can be defined with:

The current example is:
Facebook Agent.
Coming Soon tools are intentionally handled differently from normal tools.
After system- and user-level checks, a Coming Soon item bypasses normal package filtering so it can remain visible to users.
This allows AIUNIFY to show an upcoming capability without making it operational.
Selecting a Coming Soon item does not navigate to its configured route.
The Sidebar prevents the navigation and treats it as unavailable.
Therefore:

when a tool is marked Coming Soon.
In the expanded Sidebar, Coming Soon tools display:

A New badge indicates configured feature status.
It does not necessarily provide the exact launch date.

when operational rather than Coming Soon.

It does not by itself determine whether your account can open it.
Actual visibility and access are controlled by:
Use the tool's presence in your account—not the badge alone—as the practical first indicator of availability.
Suppose the Marketing category contains 10 source-defined tools, but your account includes only:
The Sidebar can display the category with only those available tools.
The inaccessible entries are simply filtered out.
If every item in a category is filtered from your account, PROS SUITE does not display an empty category heading.
This means:
Missing Category ≠ necessarily application error
It may mean the account currently has no visible tools in that category.
Both areas perform account-aware tool filtering, but their implementations are not identical in every detail.
For example, the Sidebar explicitly evaluates:

Therefore, when investigating an access issue, use the actual tool route and account entitlement, rather than assuming every navigation surface must always display identical counts.

If a category such as Legal or AI Agents does not appear:

The Sidebar intentionally blocks navigation for Coming Soon items.
Compare:
Different user accounts can legitimately have different navigation collections.
If you see only a small number of categories or tools:
Do not assume that manually entering a hidden tool URL grants valid access.
PROS SUITE also contains route/access controls that can redirect users when features are disabled. For example, disabled-feature routing can send an unauthorized tool request back to Dashboard.
Navigation visibility is therefore not the only access-control layer.
On desktop, check whether the Sidebar is collapsed.
The Monthly Token panel is hidden in collapsed desktop mode.
Expand the Sidebar.
The Sidebar displays:

for the Plan label.
If no Plan Name is assigned, that area can appear blank, and eligible standard users may instead see the Unlock AI Tools upgrade prompt.
The Token progress calculation is capped at:
100%
even if the underlying current Token value exceeds the configured Token Limit.
Therefore, the progress bar itself should be interpreted as a visual ratio, while the actual numeric [number] left value provides the specific balance.
Because PROS SUITE contains a large number of tools, learning the broad categories is more useful than memorizing every individual tool location.

If the tool is visible and your account is entitled to it, follow the normal workflow.

A Coming Soon feature is visible for awareness but is deliberately non-operational in the current Sidebar.
