The AIUNIFY PROS SUITE Header provides several controls that remain available while you move between Dashboard, tools, generators, agents, and specialized workspaces.
This chapter focuses on four user-facing Header functions:

The Header places Global Search on the left side of the desktop interface and the appearance/language controls toward the right side. On smaller screens, Global Search changes to a Search icon while the other controls adjust according to available screen space.
This chapter is strictly about subscriber/user operation. It does not cover administrative configuration of languages, themes, or system-wide interface settings.
The Header sits above the active PROS SUITE workspace.
It can contain controls for:

Global Search provides a fast way to navigate among PROS SUITE tools without manually scrolling through the Sidebar.
On desktop, the Header displays:

along with the keyboard shortcut:

on supported larger screens.
Selecting the Search area opens the Global Search dialog.
On a desktop or laptop:
The displayed Search area functions as a button that opens the Search dialog rather than as an ordinary inline text field.
PROS SUITE supports a keyboard shortcut for Global Search.

The Search listener accepts either the Command/Meta key or Ctrl together with K.
This is one of the fastest ways to move between tools.
The keyboard shortcut does more than simply open Global Search.
Pressing:
Command/Ctrl + K
toggles the Search dialog between open and closed states.
This makes it convenient for users who prefer keyboard-based navigation.
On smaller screens, the full desktop Search bar is hidden.
Instead, PROS SUITE displays a Search icon in the Header.
Select the Search icon to open the same Global Search experience.

Although the Search placeholder mentions tools, features, and templates, the current Global Search result collection is built from the PROS SUITE navigation entries.
Each searchable result uses the navigation item's:
Tool Name / Title
as its Search value.
The Search comparison is case-insensitive.
For best results, search using the actual Tool Name.
To locate Business Plan:
Business PlanSelecting a Search result closes the dialog and navigates directly to that tool's route.
Global Search retains the Sidebar's category organization.
Results can appear under headings such as:
The Search dialog generates result groups from the same centralized navigation categories used by the Sidebar.
This helps distinguish similarly named tools belonging to different functional areas.
Global Search does not simply display every navigation entry defined in the application.
Before displaying results, it evaluates user-related access information.
The current Search removes:
aiTools collectionfor accounts subject to that package filtering.
Therefore, your Search results can differ from another user's.
Unlike the Sidebar, where a Coming Soon tool can remain visible with a Soon indicator, Global Search removes Coming Soon entries entirely.
For example, a tool marked Coming Soon may be visible in its Sidebar category but not appear in Global Search.
This is expected behavior.
If a feature has been disabled for the current user's account, Global Search removes it from the result collection.
Therefore:

It can also indicate that the tool is not currently available through your account.
For applicable normal users with an assigned AI Tool collection, Global Search checks whether the Tool ID appears among the user's assigned tools.
Dashboard and Live Chat receive special treatment in this particular Search logic.
For ordinary usage, the main point is:
Global Search is account-aware and is intended to help you locate tools available within your current PROS SUITE experience.
Search results can carry the same useful status indicators found elsewhere in PROS SUITE.
A result can display:
These badges help you recognize newer and Pro-designated tools before opening them.
A New badge means the tool is designated as a newer feature.
It does not mean:
Tool access and Token requirements remain separate.
A Pro badge identifies a Pro-designated feature.
If the result appears in your Search and your account has access, you can select it normally.
The badge itself is not an error or warning.

This avoids returning to Dashboard every time you want to change tools.
The Header contains a Theme Toggle that lets users switch between the primary Light and Dark visual modes.
The button displays a Sun or Moon icon according to the currently applied Theme.
When the current Theme state is Light:
The current Header Theme Toggle directly switches:
Light → Dark
and:
Dark → Light.
If PROS SUITE is currently in Dark mode:
The same button is used for both directions.
An important user-interface distinction is that the current Header control is a toggle, not a three-option Theme menu.
The underlying Theme system supports the states:
but the current user-facing Header button switches directly between:
Light and Dark.
Therefore, this manual does not instruct users to open a Header menu and select System, because no such current Header menu is established in the source.
The underlying Theme engine can support a System state.
When that state is active, PROS SUITE checks the device/browser preference for:
prefers-color-scheme: dark
and applies Dark or Light accordingly.
However, in the current Header experience, ordinary users are presented with the Light/Dark Toggle rather than an explicit System option.
When the Theme is changed, PROS SUITE saves the Theme preference in browser local storage.
The Suite's provider is configured to use the storage key:

You do not need to know or manage that technical key during normal use; the important user behavior is:
Your Theme preference is remembered by the browser.
Because the preference is stored in the browser, changing Theme on one browser does not establish that the same preference will automatically appear on another browser or device.

does not necessarily mean:
Computer B — Safari → Dark
You may need to select the preferred Theme again.
Because Theme preference is stored locally, clearing browser site data can remove the saved choice.
If PROS SUITE unexpectedly returns to its default appearance:
Changing between Light and Dark affects the PROS SUITE interface.
It does not instruct the AI to change:
Theme is purely an interface preference.
PROS SUITE contains a user-facing Language Switcher.
When more than one language is currently available, the switcher displays:
Selecting it opens the available language collection.
The Language Switcher does not display if only one language is available.
The component specifically hides itself when:
availableLanguages.length <= 1.
Therefore, if you see no Language Switcher, this may simply mean that only the default language is currently available.
PROS SUITE defines:

as the default available language.
Additional languages can become available through the Suite's language system.
In the current Header layout, the Language Switcher is displayed only on larger desktop-width interfaces.
This is separate from the RTL Toggle, which remains available at smaller Header sizes.
If you do not see the Language control on a smaller screen, this can be expected behavior in the current interface.
When the Language Switcher is visible:
The currently selected language displays a checkmark.
The dropdown displays each available language using its configured Name.
For example, when available, the menu may show language Names rather than forcing users to identify them only by language codes.
The currently active language is marked with a Check icon.
If a language is configured as right-to-left, the Language menu displays:
RTL
beside that language.
This tells you that selecting the language will also affect the direction of the PROS SUITE interface.
Selecting a new Language causes PROS SUITE to:
A page refresh following language selection is expected behavior.
The source intentionally reloads the page after changing Language so the selection can be applied across the complete interface.
Therefore, do not interpret the refresh as the browser crashing or PROS SUITE signing you out.
When a non-English Language is being applied, PROS SUITE can display a temporary full-screen loading indicator while interface translation completes.
This can also occur as you move between pages while using a translated interface.
Allow the translation to complete before interacting with the next workspace.
PROS SUITE stores the selected Language in the browser.
When the application opens again, it can restore the saved non-English language and reload the associated translations.
Like Theme, this preference is browser-specific.
If you use another browser or device, your previous Language preference may not automatically appear because the selection is stored locally.
Simply reopen the Language Switcher and select the preferred Language again when necessary.
Changing the PROS SUITE Language is intended to change the application interface.
It can affect interface text such as:
It does not automatically mean every AI-generated response will be produced in that language.
AI output language depends on the tool, prompt, selected model, and specific workflow.
These are separate concepts.
Controls how PROS SUITE itself is displayed.
Controls what language the AI produces.
For example, your PROS SUITE interface can be in English while you ask Translation Hub or AI Chat to produce Spanish content.
Likewise, a translated PROS SUITE interface does not guarantee that every AI generation will automatically use the same language.
The user-facing Language menu displays the languages currently available to PROS SUITE.
Do not assume that every possible world language will appear in the interface Language Switcher.
The switcher uses the current available-language collection and hides itself entirely when only English is available.
PROS SUITE supports both:
LTR — Left-to-Right

RTL — Right-to-Left
interface direction.
The Header provides a dedicated RTL/LTR Toggle.
RTL stands for:
Right-to-Left
It is used for languages whose normal reading and interface direction proceeds primarily from right to left.
When RTL is enabled, PROS SUITE updates the document direction to:
rtl.
LTR stands for:
Left-to-Right
This is the normal interface direction for languages such as English.
When LTR is active, the document direction is:
ltr.
The Header RTL control displays the direction you can switch to, rather than simply labeling the current state.
When the interface is currently LTR, the button displays:
RTL
Selecting it switches to RTL.
When the interface is currently RTL, the button displays:
LTR
Selecting it switches back to LTR.
To change an LTR interface to RTL:
This indicates that LTR is now the available reverse action.
When PROS SUITE is in RTL mode:
PROS SUITE saves the RTL/LTR choice in browser storage.
When a saved RTL preference is detected, the application restores right-to-left direction.
Therefore, an RTL layout can remain active when you return later in the same browser.
You do not always need to select the RTL Toggle manually.
When you choose a Language, PROS SUITE checks that language's configured direction.
If the selected language is RTL:

The manual RTL button changes layout direction.
It does not itself translate the interface.

Use the Language Switcher when you want translation.
Use RTL/LTR when you want to control layout direction.
Because the Header provides an independent RTL/LTR button, you can manually switch direction even after selecting a Language.
For normal use, allow Language selection to set the appropriate direction automatically unless you have a specific reason to override it.
When another Language is selected, PROS SUITE recalculates direction from that Language's configured LTR/RTL property.

The Theme provider saves the Theme locally. Language is restored from browser storage. RTL direction is also restored from browser storage.
The source-verified behavior stores these display preferences locally in the browser.
They should therefore not be interpreted as universal account profile settings that automatically synchronize to every device.

Because Sidebar and Global Search apply somewhat different filtering logic, an account configuration can potentially produce differences between the two navigation surfaces.
If an operational tool appears in your Sidebar:
Because Theme is stored in the browser, a lost preference can occur if:

Two common source-verified reasons exist.
The Language Switcher hides itself when there is only one available Language.
The current Header only displays the Language Switcher at large-screen layout sizes.
If possible, use the desktop interface when changing the Language.
This is normal.
PROS SUITE deliberately reloads the page after a Language selection so translated interface content can be applied across the application.
This can also be expected.
For translated interfaces, PROS SUITE can display a temporary loading overlay while translations are being applied.
Allow the process to finish.
Possible causes include:

If the interface is displayed in the wrong direction:
