Your AIUNIFY PROS SUITE Plan determines important parts of your user experience, including the tools presented to your account and the Token allocation associated with your subscription.
PROS SUITE combines several concepts:
These concepts work together, but they are not the same thing.
The basic relationship is:
Your Plan
↓
Included AI Tools
Token Allocation
↓
Available Tools + Available Token Balance
↓
Use AI Tools
↓
Tokens Are Consumed According to Tool Cost
The Pricing screen describes this relationship as:
“Get more tokens and unlock premium AI features. Choose the plan that fits your needs.”
A Plan is the subscription or access package associated with your PROS SUITE account.
A Plan can contain user-facing information such as:
The current Pricing interface supports both monthly and yearly plan intervals and displays each active Plan as a separate Plan card.
Your current Plan can appear in several places.
At the bottom of the expanded Sidebar, beneath:
Monthly Tokens
PROS SUITE displays your Plan Name.
Your Plan Name can appear beneath your Name in the Header.
The Pricing screen identifies your currently assigned Plan using:
Current Plan.
There are several user-facing ways to reach Pricing.
Open your User Menu and select:
Upgrade Plan.
Select:
Upgrade
beside your Plan Name.
Select:
Upgrade Plan.
The Sidebar can display:
Unlock AI Tools
and:
Upgrade Now.
All of these paths are intended to direct the subscriber toward the current Pricing experience.
The Pricing screen is titled:
Upgrade Your Plan
with:
“Get more tokens and unlock premium AI features. Choose the plan that fits your needs.”
The page loads the currently active Plan offerings rather than relying on one permanently hard-coded package list.
This is important because Plan names, prices, Token allocations, and included tools can change.
Because Plan offerings are dynamically loaded, this manual does not permanently list:
Instead:
Use the current PROS SUITE Pricing screen as the authoritative user-facing reference for available Plans and their current inclusions.
This prevents older Knowledge Base content from conflicting with updated commercial packages.
Each current Plan card can display:
Review the entire card before choosing a Plan.
If a Plan matches the Plan currently assigned to your account, its card displays:
Current Plan.
The purchase/upgrade button for that Plan also changes to:
Current Plan
and is disabled so you do not purchase the same Plan through that button again.
A Plan can also display:
Most Popular.
This is a promotional Plan indicator.
It does not mean the Plan is automatically assigned to your account.
Your own package is the card labeled:
Current Plan
The Pricing interface can represent Plan intervals as:
and displays the applicable interval beside paid Plan pricing.
If a Plan provides its own description, that description can appear instead of the default monthly/yearly billing description.
Always review the current Plan card before purchasing.
Each Plan card can show its included Token allocation as:
[number] Tokens.
For example, if the current Plan card states:
20,000 Tokens
that is the Token allocation presented for that Plan in the current Pricing interface.
Do not assume every Plan receives the same number of Tokens.
Below the Plan's Token allocation, the Pricing screen can list the features associated with that Plan.
These are Plan-specific benefits or capabilities presented to the subscriber.
Review them when comparing Plans.
When a Plan has an explicit Tool collection, the Plan card provides:
Included AI Tools ([number]).
Select this section to expand the list of included AI tools.
This is one of the most useful parts of the Pricing screen when determining whether a particular PROS SUITE tool is included with a package.
When choosing between Plans:
Two separate conditions can affect whether you can successfully use a tool:
Is the tool available to your account?
Do you have enough Tokens to perform the operation?
You may therefore encounter:
Tool available + sufficient Tokens
→ Generation can proceed.
Tool available + insufficient Tokens
→ Operation can fail for insufficient balance.
Tool not included in Plan
→ Access may be restricted before generation.
PROS SUITE can determine tool access from multiple user-facing conditions.
For an ordinary subscriber, a tool may be:
The system evaluates these conditions before granting access to protected functionality.
Two valid PROS SUITE users can have different Sidebars and tool collections.
Possible reasons include:
Therefore:
Another subscriber seeing a tool does not automatically mean that the same tool must appear in your account.
The source confirms that certain tools can be made available independently of the normal Plan-included Tool collection.
For the subscriber, the practical meaning is:
If a tool is available to you even though you do not see it listed among the normal Plan inclusions, this is not necessarily an error.
You do not need to configure this behavior yourself.
The current access logic treats an account whose Plan Name is:
Enterprise
differently from ordinary Plan-level Tool filtering.
For Enterprise subscribers, broader Tool access can therefore be available.
Individual or organizational restrictions can still affect a feature.
Some tools display a:
Pro
badge.
Examples include tools such as:
However:
Pro badge ≠ your exact subscription status
The Pro badge describes the Tool's designation.
Actual access is determined by the current account and Plan.
If a Pro-designated tool appears in your account and opens normally, you can use it according to the applicable Token and feature requirements.
Do not assume:
Pro = unavailable
Instead, use actual account access as the practical indicator.
A tool marked:
Soon
or:
Coming Soon
is not currently operational through normal Sidebar navigation.
This is different from a Pro tool.
Potentially operational depending on access.
Visible for awareness but not currently selectable as a normal functioning tool.
If you reach a protected tool that is not available to your account, PROS SUITE can display:
Access Restricted.
The message depends on the reason for the restriction.
When the tool is outside your Plan, the restriction message can state:
“This AI tool is not included in your current plan. Please upgrade to access it.”
The page then provides:
If you receive the current-Plan restriction message:
Select:
Upgrade Plan
Then compare available Plans and included AI Tools.
Select:
Return to Dashboard
Then choose another tool already available to your account.
A tool can also display:
“Your organization has disabled access to this feature.”
In this situation, PROS SUITE does not present Upgrade Plan as the solution because the restriction is not being treated as a normal Plan limitation.
For the subscriber:
These are slightly different experiences.
The tool may not appear in your Sidebar/Search because access filtering has already removed it.
You reached the tool route, but PROS SUITE stopped access and displayed the restriction screen.
Both can result from account-level access conditions.
Knowing a Tool URL does not guarantee access.
A protected tool can still evaluate your account and display:
Access Restricted
rather than opening the workspace.
Therefore, manually entering a hidden Tool URL should not be treated as a way to bypass Plan restrictions.
At the bottom of the expanded Sidebar, PROS SUITE displays:
Monthly Tokens
and:
[number] left.
This is the most consistently visible user-facing Token indicator while navigating the Suite.
The numeric value beside:
Monthly Tokens
is based on the current Token value associated with your account.
For example:
Monthly Tokens — 8,420 left
means the current account state reports 8,420 Tokens remaining.
It is not a percentage.
Beneath the numeric Token Balance is a progress bar.
The current interface calculates this using:
Current Tokens ÷ Token Limit
and caps the visual value at 100%.
This allows you to see your balance as a proportion of the account's Token Limit.
The account can contain both:
The Sidebar uses the Token Limit as the denominator for its progress display.
Conceptually:
Token Limit
= reference allocation/limit used by the account display
Current Tokens
= currently available Token Balance
Although the Sidebar is labeled:
Monthly Tokens
the included user-facing source does not establish a subscriber-visible monthly reset date, carryover rule, or exact replenishment schedule.
Therefore, this manual will not claim:
Those rules should only be documented if they are explicitly established by the actual subscription policy or future user-facing interface.
The Dashboard also contains:
Token Balance
with:
Available credits
This gives you another location for checking current Token availability.
For ongoing navigation, Monthly Tokens in the Sidebar is often more convenient because it remains visible while moving among tools.
Many standard AI tools display their own Token information before generation.
The standard Tool workspace shows:
[number] tokens per use
and:
Your balance: [number] tokens.
This allows you to compare:
Operation Cost
against:
Current Balance
before selecting Generate.
Do not confuse:
The number of Tokens associated with the Plan.
What remains available in the account.
How many Tokens a particular operation is expected to use.
The relationship is:
Plan Allocation
↓
Current Balance
↓
Tool Cost Deducted When Applicable
↓
Updated Balance
PROS SUITE does not require every tool to cost the same number of Tokens.
One tool may display:
10 tokens per use
while another may display:
50 tokens per use
or another configured amount.
Always check the tool itself before generating.
Not every PROS SUITE module necessarily follows the simple:
One click = one fixed Token cost
pattern.
Specialized workspaces, connected agents, media generation, and other advanced applications may have their own usage behavior.
The per-tool instructions later in this manual will explain the verified behavior for those workspaces.
Suppose a tool costs:
25 Tokens per use
and you repeatedly generate five versions.
Conceptually:
25 × 5 = 125 Tokens
Checking the displayed cost before generating helps you decide whether:
Some PROS SUITE workflows explicitly reject an operation when the available Token Balance is lower than the required cost.
The system uses the condition:
Insufficient token balance.
When this occurs, the operation does not have enough account Tokens to proceed normally.
If an operation reports insufficient Token Balance:
Repeatedly selecting Generate while the account lacks sufficient Tokens will not solve the balance problem.
Instead:
Check Balance → Check Cost → Resolve Token Availability → Retry
This avoids unnecessary failed attempts.
One of the easiest ways to use your Token Balance effectively is to provide complete instructions before generating.
Instead of:
Write a sales email.
use:
Write a professional follow-up email to a small-business owner who attended our AIUNIFY software demonstration yesterday. Emphasize workflow automation, centralized AI tools, and productivity. Use a confident B2B tone and end with a call to schedule a 30-minute consultation.
A more complete first Prompt can reduce unnecessary regenerations.
Before starting repeated or advanced AI work:
This is particularly useful when using higher-cost media or advanced AI tools.
The PROS SUITE authentication/account state includes mechanisms to refresh user information after supported operations.
This allows Token changes to be reflected in the interface after account activity.
If you want to verify the remaining balance after a generation:
To review upgrade options:
When you select an available Plan for purchase, PROS SUITE can initialize checkout and redirect you to the payment process.
Follow the payment interface presented to you.
Do not close the process prematurely if you intend to complete the upgrade.
After a successful verified checkout, PROS SUITE can display:
Upgrade Successful!
with:
“Tokens have been added to your account.”
The account information is then refreshed.
After a successful upgrade:
If you leave or cancel the checkout process, PROS SUITE can display:
Payment Canceled
with:
“You canceled the checkout process.”
Return to Pricing if you want to begin checkout again.
If checkout cannot be started, PROS SUITE can display:
Payment Initialization Failed
with an error message or:
“Something went wrong. Please try again.”
If this occurs:
After checkout, PROS SUITE can verify the payment status.
Possible user-facing results include:
Follow the message displayed by the actual checkout/verification process.
If payment verification is not complete immediately, PROS SUITE can report:
Payment Pending.
Do not assume a pending payment has already completed successfully.
Wait for the applicable payment status or follow any recovery action presented by the interface.
After a successful Plan change and account refresh, the applicable Pricing card should be identifiable as:
Current Plan.
Use this indicator to confirm which package the Pricing interface currently recognizes for your account.
For a current paid Plan, the Pricing card can display:
Cancel Subscription.
This is a subscriber-facing account action.
Use it only when you intend to stop the subscription.
The current cancellation workflow asks:
“Are you sure you want to cancel your monthly subscription? You will lose premium access immediately.”
This warning is important.
Do not select the cancellation action casually.
Before confirming cancellation:
When the cancellation succeeds, PROS SUITE displays:
Subscription Cancelled
with:
“Your monthly subscription has been successfully cancelled.”
The account is then refreshed.
If cancellation cannot be completed, PROS SUITE can display:
Cancellation Failed
with the returned error or:
“Failed to cancel subscription. Please try again.”
If this occurs, do not assume the subscription was canceled.
Check the current Plan state and retry or contact support as appropriate.
The current Pricing system can represent both monthly and yearly Plan intervals, but the current cancellation confirmation language specifically refers to a:
monthly subscription.
Therefore, this manual does not invent cancellation timing or refund behavior for other billing intervals.
Follow the actual terms and interface shown for your current Plan.
If the Pricing service currently provides no active Plans, PROS SUITE displays:
“No active plans available at the moment. Please check back later.”
If you see this message:
If a normal user has no Plan Name, the Sidebar can display:
Unlock AI Tools
and:
“Please upgrade your account to start using our premium AI tools.”
Select:
Upgrade Now
to review the current Pricing options.
The practical tool collection can still depend on additional account and feature availability rules.
Therefore, do not assume that every no-Plan account must show exactly the same set of tools.
Use the actual Sidebar, Dashboard, and Search results as your current user-facing access map.
Because tool visibility is account-aware, changing Plan or entitlement status can change what appears in:
If a tool disappears after a subscription change, review the new Plan's:
Included AI Tools
before treating it as an application malfunction.
The current source confirms that Plan access controls can restrict tools, but it does not establish one universal user-facing rule describing what happens to every type of saved project or asset when access to a tool is lost.
Therefore, this manual will not claim that saved work is:
Those behaviors must be documented tool-by-tool when source support exists.
As a precaution, export important work before making a significant subscription change when the tool provides an export/download function.
If a tool you expect is unavailable, check:
Before performing Token-consuming work:
When comparing Plans:
If a tool is missing:
Read the exact message.
“This AI tool is not included in your current plan. Please upgrade to access it.”
Action:
→ Select Upgrade Plan or Return to Dashboard.
“Your organization has disabled access to this feature.”
Action:
→ Return to Dashboard and contact the appropriate account/organization support contact if the restriction is unexpected.
If:
Monthly Tokens — 0 left
or the tool displays a zero balance:
Consider:
Check the current numerical Balance rather than relying only on the progress bar.
If the balance appears inconsistent with expected account usage, use the appropriate AIUNIFY support process.
The progress bar represents:
Current Tokens ÷ Token Limit
while:
[number] left
is the current Token Balance.
Use the numeric amount for the specific remaining balance.
The current user-facing source does not provide a verified Token reset date or carryover policy.
Do not infer one from the label:
Monthly Tokens
If a specific replenishment date is important, rely on the applicable current subscription terms or AIUNIFY support information rather than guessing.
This is normal.
The Pricing screen disables the purchase button on the Plan already marked:
Current Plan.
Choose another Plan only if you intend to change your subscription.
If checkout fails:
The current Pricing page displays Cancel Subscription only when the Plan is:
under the current interface logic.
If the button does not appear, the current Plan/card may not meet those conditions.
When comparing Plans, consider both:
How many Tokens are included?
and:
Which tools are included?
A Plan with a larger Token allocation is not necessarily the best fit if it does not include the tools required for your workflow.
Before changing Plans, identify the tools you rely on most.
For example:
Then compare those requirements against:
Included AI Tools
on the available Plan cards.
Tokens should be managed like a usage resource.
A practical workflow is:
Check Balance
↓
Choose the Correct Tool
↓
Review Cost
↓
Write a Complete Prompt
↓
Generate
↓
Review Before Regenerating
↓
Monitor Remaining Balance
This helps maximize the value of the Token allocation associated with your account.
The cheapest tool is not always the most efficient.
If a specialized 25-Token tool produces the correct result in one generation while a 10-Token general tool requires four generations, the specialized tool may ultimately be more efficient.
Choose the tool that best matches the desired outcome.
Before beginning an important project:
This is particularly important for multi-stage projects such as websites, presentations, campaigns, and media production.
After upgrading:
The system can refresh the account after verified successful checkout.
Because the current cancellation warning states that premium access can be lost immediately, consider preserving important outputs before confirming cancellation.
Where supported:
Do this before changing access if continued access to the tool may matter.
The overall system can be understood as:
ACCOUNT
↓
CURRENT PLAN
↓
TOKEN ALLOCATION
INCLUDED AI TOOLS
↓
AVAILABLE TOOL COLLECTION
↓
MONTHLY TOKENS — [NUMBER] LEFT
↓
SELECT TOOL
↓
[NUMBER] TOKENS PER USE
↓
GENERATE / CREATE / RUN
↓
TOKEN BALANCE UPDATES
↓
If more access or Tokens are needed:
UPGRADE PLAN
↓
SELECT CURRENT AVAILABLE PLAN
↓
CHECKOUT
↓
CURRENT PLAN + UPDATED TOKENS/TOOLS
Subscribers do not need to understand internal permission configuration.
From the user's perspective, use this simple decision model:
Can I see the Tool?
Yes →
Can I open it?
Yes →
Do I have enough Tokens?
Yes →
Use the Tool
If no:
→ Check Plan / Included AI Tools.
→ Upgrade or return to Dashboard.
→ Contact appropriate account support.
→ Feature is not yet operational.
→ Review Token Balance and Plan options.
For clarity, ordinary PROS SUITE users do not need this manual to explain how to:
Those are not part of this User Operations Manual.
The subscriber needs only to understand:
What Plan do I have?
Which tools can I use?
How many Tokens do I have?
What does this operation cost?
How do I upgrade if necessary?
A PROS SUITE subscriber should be able to confirm:
AIUNIFY PROS SUITE uses Plans and Tokens together to determine how subscribers access and use AI capabilities.
The Pricing screen allows users to compare active Plans based on:
and identifies the subscriber's existing package as:
Current Plan.
The Sidebar displays:
Monthly Tokens
with the current number of Tokens:
[number] left
along with the Plan Name and Upgrade link. The progress bar compares current Tokens against the account Token Limit.
Standard AI tools can display both:
[number] tokens per use
and:
Your balance: [number] tokens.
Tool access and Token availability are separate:
Plan Access determines whether you can use the Tool.
Token Balance determines whether you have sufficient usage resources for Token-consuming operations.
When a protected tool is outside the current Plan, PROS SUITE can display:
Access Restricted
and:
“This AI tool is not included in your current plan. Please upgrade to access it.”
with Upgrade Plan and Return to Dashboard.
When an upgrade completes successfully, the platform can display:
Upgrade Successful!
and:
“Tokens have been added to your account.”
The most useful subscriber operating principle is:
Know Your Plan → Know Your Available Tools → Monitor Monthly Tokens → Check Tool Cost → Use Tokens Efficiently → Upgrade Only When Needed
