AI Marketing Studio is the central launch-and-asset workspace for the AI Marketing section of AIUNIFY PROS SUITE.
The current workspace is titled:
AI Marketing Studio
with the description:
“Supercharge your brand with professional AI-generated assets.”
From this workspace, subscribers can launch selected marketing-creation Tools and review recently generated visual assets.
AI Marketing Studio currently provides:
The important operating distinction is:
AI Marketing Studio is currently a launch-and-recent-assets dashboard. It is not yet a full marketing campaign-management system.
Navigate to:
Sidebar → AI Marketing → Marketing Studio
The current route is:
/ai-marketing
The AI Marketing Sidebar category also contains the specialized generators used throughout Chapters 26–29.
AI Marketing Studio verifies that the subscriber is signed into PROS SUITE.
If the authenticated session is unavailable, the page redirects toward:
The Studio page performs an authentication check directly.
The supplied source does not show a separate FeatureGuard wrapper around the Marketing Studio Dashboard itself.
However, Sidebar visibility and the specialized Tools that the Dashboard launches can still be affected by the account's normal Tool-access rules.
The primary role of Marketing Studio is to help the subscriber move between:
It should be understood as a hub, rather than as one individual generator.
The current Sidebar's AI Marketing category contains:
The Marketing Studio Dashboard itself currently displays only six Tool Cards:
The current Dashboard grid does not contain direct Cards for:
even though those Tools exist in the AI Marketing Sidebar.
Therefore:
If a marketing Tool is not shown on the Marketing Studio Dashboard, check the AI Marketing Sidebar.
The Dashboard does not expose every individual creation setting.
Instead:
Marketing Studio → Choose a specialized Tool → Create the asset in that Tool
The specialized generators are documented in the following chapters.
At the top of the workspace you see:
AI Marketing Studio
and:
“Supercharge your brand with professional AI-generated assets.”
The Header includes:
New Campaign.
Despite its Name, New Campaign currently routes directly to:
/ai-marketing/image-generator
It does not open a campaign-setup wizard.
Selecting:
New Campaign
is functionally equivalent to launching the current Text-to-Image workflow from Marketing Studio.
The current New Campaign action does not source-verify creation of a record containing:
Therefore, this manual does not describe New Campaign as a campaign-management feature.
Marketing Studio currently does not provide a persistent list such as:
Those concepts are not established in the current user-facing source.
The first Dashboard Tool Card is:
Text-to-Image
with:
“Create high-quality marketing visuals from simple text prompts.”
It launches:
/ai-marketing/image-generator
The Card currently displays:
Pro
This is a fixed presentation badge on the Dashboard Card.
Do not treat that badge alone as the definitive account-entitlement rule.
Actual Tool availability should be determined by the account and current system configuration.
The second Dashboard Tool is:
Product Video
with:
“Transform product images into cinematic marketing videos.”
It opens:
/ai-marketing/video-generator
The Dashboard currently labels Product Video:
New
This is a product-interface label rather than a Token or access indicator.
The third Card is:
Avatar Studio
with:
“Generate and manage AI avatars for your marketing campaigns.”
It opens:
/ai-marketing/avatar-studio
The Card displays:
Creative
Again, this is a Dashboard display badge.
The next Card is:
Flyer Designer
with:
“Design high-converting business and event flyers using AI.”
It opens:
/ai-marketing/flyer-designer
The Card is titled:
Business Card Designer
with:
“Create premium professional business card mockups in seconds.”
It opens:
/ai-marketing/business-card-designer
The Dashboard's sixth Tool Card is:
Brochure Designer
with:
“Draft gorgeous multi-panel brochure layout designs with AI.”
It opens:
/ai-marketing/brochure-designer
Every Dashboard Tool Card includes:
Launch Studio.
Selecting the Card or following its link takes you into that specialized generator.
Use Marketing Studio when you want to:
Use the individual generator when you need to:
Below the Tool grid are four informational Cards.
They currently display:
The four KPI values are written directly into the Dashboard source.
They are not calculated from your own:
Therefore:
Do not interpret these four Cards as audited subscriber analytics.
The current Card displays:
120%
Ad ROI Increase
This is fixed interface copy.
The second Card displays:
10x
Faster Production
This is also fixed Dashboard content.
The third Card displays:
85%
Creative Efficiency
It is not calculated from your account activity.
The fourth Card displays:
24/7
Always Generating
This is descriptive/promotional interface copy rather than an uptime report.
If you need actual marketing performance reporting, do not export or quote these Dashboard values as though they represent your:
They are not source-verified as account analytics.
The lower portion of Marketing Studio is titled:
Recent Assets.
This is the primary cross-generator asset area on the Dashboard.
Once the subscriber is authenticated, Marketing Studio requests:
list-assets
from the marketing service.
After receiving the asset list, Marketing Studio keeps only assets whose Type is:
imagevideoThis is an important distinction.
The Marketing Studio Recent Assets section currently does not include every kind of marketing-related record.
Its client specifically filters for:
image OR video
before displaying assets.
Do not expect the central Recent Assets area to necessarily show:
The current central Dashboard explicitly filters to Image and Video types.
After filtering for Image and Video, the Dashboard takes only the first:
8
returned assets.
The Dashboard itself does not sort the returned assets.
It takes the first eight visual assets returned by the service.
Therefore, the user interface calls them Recent Assets, but the client relies on the service's returned ordering.
Because the Dashboard:
it should not be treated as the complete Marketing Asset Library.
While the Dashboard is waiting for the asset response, it displays four square loading placeholders.
If the Dashboard cannot retrieve the asset list, it clears the local asset display and shows:
Failed to load recent assets.
If no qualifying Image or Video assets are available, Marketing Studio displays:
No assets yet
with:
“Start generating your first marketing assets to see them here.”
The empty state includes:
Create New Asset.
Like New Campaign, the current:
Create New Asset
button routes to:
/ai-marketing/image-generator
It does not open a selector asking which asset Type you want.
If you need a:
use the appropriate AI Marketing Tool instead of the empty-state Create New Asset shortcut.
The Recent Assets Header displays:
View All Gallery.
The current source renders View All Gallery as a Button but does not attach:
onClickto it.
Therefore:
View All Gallery is currently visible but not source-verified as operational.
Until that control is connected to a working route or handler, use:
to reach additional generated assets.
Each asset in Recent Assets is displayed using a reusable:
MarketingAssetCard.
A Marketing Asset Card can display:
For an Image, the Card displays the asset image.
On hover, the image can visually enlarge slightly within its Card.
For a Video, the Card uses the Video URL as its Preview.
The Preview currently:
A silent looping Video thumbnail does not mean the original generated Video necessarily lacks Audio.
The Gallery Card itself is explicitly muted.
The top-left of each Card displays an asset Type badge.
For Video:
VIDEO
For Image:
the current asset Type is converted to uppercase.
Below the Preview, the Card displays the original stored Prompt inside quotation marks.
If the asset has no stored Prompt, the fallback text is:
“No prompt provided”.
Each Card displays relative time using wording based on the asset's stored creation date, such as:
The interface derives this from created_at.
Hovering over an Asset Card reveals an overlay containing actions.
For Dashboard Image/Video assets, those actions are:
For Image and Video Assets, the first hover action opens the Asset Viewer.
The icon is an Eye for normal Image/Video asset use.
The Marketing Studio passes an onClick handler to each Card.
Selecting the Card sets the selected asset index and opens Asset Viewer.
Marketing Studio uses a full-screen/lightbox-style:
AssetViewer
for viewing the selected asset.
Image assets are supplied to the Viewer as image slides.
The Viewer includes the Zoom plugin.
For Images, the current Asset Viewer supports zooming.
This is useful for checking:
If the selected asset is a Video, Asset Viewer treats it as:
video/mp4
and opens it with Video playback support.
Inside the Asset Viewer, Videos are configured with:
Marketing Studio passes the index of the clicked asset into Asset Viewer.
This ensures the Viewer opens on the asset you selected.
The entire currently loaded Recent Assets array is supplied to the Viewer, together with the selected index.
The lightbox can therefore operate in the context of the currently loaded asset collection rather than only the single file.
Asset Viewer receives a Close handler from Marketing Studio.
Closing it returns you to the Marketing Studio asset grid.
Hover over an asset and select the Download icon.
For a standard Image Asset, the current Card builds a filename in this pattern:
marketing-image-[first 8 characters of asset ID].png
For a Video Asset, the current pattern is:
marketing-video-[first 8 characters of asset ID].mp4
The reusable MarketingAssetCard also defines:
.mp3.pngHowever, the central Marketing Studio Recent Assets Dashboard itself currently shows only Image and Video.
The Download action first requests the remote asset through the PROS SUITE download-proxy workflow and creates a browser Blob for saving.
When the MarketingAssetCard download helper reports success, the Card displays:
Download started.
If the normal proxy download fails, the shared helper falls back to:
opening the asset URL in a new browser tab.
Depending on whether the normal Download path succeeds, you may see:
Browser downloads the file using the generated Filename.
Asset opens in a new tab.
The third Card action copies the asset's stored URL to the clipboard.
The exact current notification is:
Link copied to clipboard.
The interface uses a Share-style icon for this control, but its actual behavior is:
Copy the URL to the clipboard.
It does not launch a social-sharing panel.
Copying the URL does not source-verify creation of:
It simply copies the asset URL already stored with that asset.
Before distributing an Asset URL externally, verify that:
The current Card does not provide access-policy settings.
The MarketingAssetCard component is technically capable of displaying a Delete action when its parent supplies an:
onDelete
function.
The central Marketing Studio Dashboard passes only:
to each Recent Assets Card.
It does not pass onDelete.
Therefore:
A Delete button is not available in Marketing Studio Recent Assets in the current source.
If you hover over a central Marketing Studio asset, the current supported Dashboard actions are effectively:
not Delete.
The Marketing Studio Dashboard does not provide:
The Dashboard does not establish:
for Recent Assets.
There is no central Marketing Studio tagging interface for:
The current Recent Assets area has no:
Search Assets
field.
There is no user-facing filter selector for:
The Dashboard performs its Image/Video filter internally.
The current Dashboard provides no:
sort control.
Recent Assets shows up to eight items.
There is no current:
control.
The Image Generator has its own:
Generation History
section.
That page requests Image-type assets directly.
The Image Generator calls:
list-assets&type=image
and renders the returned Image assets in its Generation History.
Unlike the Marketing Studio Dashboard, the Image Generator stores the returned Image list directly in its History state.
The current client does not apply the same eight-item slice.
If Image Generator has no returned Image assets, it displays:
No history found.
The Video Generator has its own:
Video Gallery.
Video Generator calls:
list-assets&type=video
and renders the returned Video assets into its type-specific Gallery.
When no Video assets are returned, Video Generator displays:
No video history found.
Because central Marketing Studio shows only a small recent subset, the most reliable current pattern for older/type-specific assets is:
Open the generator that created the asset → Review its own History/Gallery
Not every AI Marketing Tool necessarily exposes its saved assets in exactly the same way.
Chapters 26–29 will document each generator's exact persistence and management behavior separately.
The Image and Video generators both refresh their asset History after a successful generation completes.
This establishes persistent generated-asset history for those workflows.
The specialized generator can show:
Current Result
and also maintain:
History/Gallery
as separate concepts.
A newly completed asset can therefore appear in its immediate Preview and later in its associated asset list.
Image Generator displays the newly created Image in its primary result area and also refreshes Generation History after successful completion.
Video Generator similarly places the completed Video into its Preview and refreshes Video Gallery when generation succeeds.
Marketing Studio fetches Recent Assets:
The source does not establish live automatic polling of Recent Assets while you remain on the Marketing Studio Dashboard.
If you generate an asset in another Tool and later return to Marketing Studio, the Dashboard's initial asset request can load the updated Recent Assets list.
Marketing Studio does not currently provide:
Refresh Assets
beside Recent Assets.
Reloading/re-entering the Dashboard is the current obvious user-level way to cause its initial fetch again.
The AI Marketing system uses two conceptually different kinds of assets:
Outputs such as:
Inputs reused to guide generation, such as:
Understanding this distinction is important.
Several marketing generators use a shared component titled:
Select Product Reference.
The Product Reference control provides:
Upload Product.
The Product Picker accepts:
image/*
and validates that the chosen file is an Image.
If a non-Image file is selected, the current notification is:
Please upload an image file.
When a Product Image is uploaded, the current request sends the Product Name using the filename without its extension.
Example:
aiunify-phone.png
becomes a Product Name derived from:
aiunify-phone
The current confirmation is:
Product uploaded successfully.
The Product Picker can display:
Upload failed
or the returned service Error.
Another Product upload Error is:
An error occurred during upload.
Product Picker retrieves the current Product list from:
list-products
and renders those Product references for selection.
This establishes reusable Product references rather than requiring you to upload the same image for every generation.
When the Product reference collection is empty, it displays:
No products uploaded yet.
Choose a Product thumbnail to use it as the current reference.
The selected Product receives a visual selected/check state.
A Product image is an input reference.
For example:
Product image → AI Image Generator → New marketing visual
The new marketing visual is the generated asset.
Several AI Marketing generators also use:
Select AI Avatar.
Avatar Picker retrieves the current Avatar collection through:
list-avatars.
The Avatar Picker includes:
New Avatar
which opens:
/ai-marketing/avatar-studio.
If no Avatars are available, the picker states:
“No avatars found. Create one in the Avatar Studio.”
Choose an Avatar thumbnail to make it the current selected AI Avatar reference.
The current selected Avatar is visually marked.
The detailed Avatar-generation and management workflow belongs to Chapter 28.
Chapter 25 establishes only how Avatars function as reusable shared references within the broader AI Marketing ecosystem.
The Text-to-Image generator supports:
When both are selected, its Prompt is expanded to instruct the AI to place the person naturally interacting with or showcasing the Product.
This creates an important cross-generator workflow:
Upload Product
↓
Create/Select Avatar
↓
Use those references in:
↓
Generated outputs become their own Assets.
Product Video includes both:
before its motion Prompt.
The current architecture therefore supports several forms of reuse:
Marketing Studio itself does not currently provide a universal action such as:
Use in Video
Use in Flyer
Use in Brochure
on every generated Asset Card.
Reuse is handled inside the relevant generator's own input controls.
The current source does not establish drag-and-drop asset movement between Marketing Studio and specialized generators.
The central Marketing Studio Dashboard does not provide:
on Recent Asset Cards.
Editing/generation capabilities remain Tool-specific.
Although Marketing Assets can contain:
the Dashboard does not expose a form for editing that metadata.
The stored Prompt is one of the most useful pieces of asset metadata because it helps identify how the content was created.
Use it when you want to recreate or refine a creative concept.
The Marketing Asset Card uses a limited two-line display for its Prompt.
Long Prompts may therefore not appear in full on the Card.
The central Asset Card does not provide a separate:
Copy Prompt
action.
The available Copy-style action copies the Asset URL, not the Prompt.
Opening Asset Viewer is intended for:
It is not a metadata-management dialog.
The general PROS SUITE Feature catalogue currently lists:
Marketing Studio — 0 Tokens.
The Dashboard itself:
It does not itself initiate an AI-generation request.
Simply:
does not constitute a new AI creative generation in the current source.
The same Feature catalogue contains separate reference values for generators including:
Do not interpret Marketing Studio's 0-Token catalogue entry as meaning that assets can be generated without usage cost.
It means the Dashboard and the generation operation are different functions.
Chapters 26–29 will distinguish:
where the source allows it.
Marketing Studio itself does not provide:
Select AI Model
because the Dashboard does not perform the actual media-generation request.
Do not assume every AI Marketing Tool is controlled by the Header language-model selector.
For example, the Image and Video generators shown in the current source call specialized Marketing-generation services rather than the Standard text-generation workspace.
Each generator will be documented independently.
Marketing Assets are application records tied to creative outputs.
The current Studio is not a general Cloud file manager.
It does not provide:
A full Digital Asset Management system commonly includes:
Those functions are not established in the current Marketing Studio Dashboard.
Therefore, the current Studio is better described as:

For an asset you intend to use in business:
Even when generator history is persistent, maintaining an external business copy provides additional protection and makes the file easier to:
Since the Prompt is displayed beneath generated asset Cards, a meaningful Prompt helps identify older creative output.
Instead of:
Make an ad
prefer:
Luxury black-and-gold enterprise software ad featuring a modern sales team, cinematic office lighting, premium technology aesthetic.
For recurring creative generations, consistently specify:
This makes creative output more consistent across Image, Video, Flyer, Brochure, and related Tools.
Reusable Product References work best when the source Image has:
Because Product Name is currently derived from the filename, use a descriptive filename before uploading.
Instead of:
IMG_9382.png
use:
AIUNIFY_Pro_Suite_Dashboard.png
This creates a more useful Product reference Name.
When the same:

A square Gallery Card can hide issues that become obvious at full size.
Open Asset Viewer and inspect:

AI-generated media can produce incorrect or distorted written text.
If an Image contains:
verify each item carefully.
The Card Preview is muted and loops.

An external Asset URL can depend on its hosting service.
For important business files:

Because Recent Assets displays only eight Image/Video records, important work can disappear from the central Dashboard view as additional assets are generated.

Choose the Tool based on the desired output rather than forcing one generator to do everything.
Examples:

Use Flyer Designer
Use Business Card Designer
Use Brochure Designer
Check:
The current Dashboard itself requires authentication.
Not every AI Marketing Tool is represented by a Dashboard Card.
Use:
Sidebar → AI Marketing
to find:
and the other specialized Tools.
That is expected in the current version.
New Campaign opens the Text-to-Image Generator.
There is no source-verified campaign-configuration wizard behind the button.
The four KPI Cards are static interface values.
They are not calculated from your account.
Do not use them to measure actual performance.
The central Recent Assets area filters specifically for:
Other specialized records may not appear there.
Open the relevant generator through the AI Marketing Sidebar.
Use:
AI Marketing → Flyer Designer
and the source-verified workflow documented later in Chapter 29.
The central Dashboard should not be assumed to represent every asset Type.
Recent Assets displays only the first eight returned visual assets.
Open:
Image Generator → Generation History
for its Image-specific history.
Open:
Video Generator → Video Gallery.
The central Recent Assets limit does not mean the Video has necessarily been deleted.
The visible View All Gallery button currently has no attached Link or click handler in the supplied source.
Use the type-specific generator histories instead.
If the Studio displays:
Failed to load recent assets

Marketing Asset Card Video previews are deliberately:
muted.
Open the Video in its Viewer/current generator for full review.
The central Dashboard does not pass the Delete callback to MarketingAssetCard.
No Delete button is currently rendered there.
No Rename control is established in Marketing Studio.
Use descriptive Prompt/file-management practices and rename downloaded files externally when appropriate.
The current Dashboard has no asset search.
Use specialized generator histories and your downloaded-file organization workflow.
The Download helper falls back to opening the source Asset URL in a browser tab when its proxy-download path fails.
Use the browser's available Save controls if appropriate.
Copy Link is not Download.
It copies the remote asset URL to the clipboard.
Use the Download icon when you want the file.
The current Tool does not create a special public-sharing permission when you copy the URL.
Use the downloaded file instead if direct URL access is not appropriate or reliable.
Try reopening the generator after a successful Product upload.
The Product Picker refreshes its Product list after:
Product uploaded successfully.
Product Picker accepts Images.
A PDF, DOCX, spreadsheet, or other non-Image file is not the verified Product Reference format.
Product Name is derived from the uploaded filename.
Rename the Image on your computer to something descriptive before uploading another copy.
The Picker explicitly tells you:
“No avatars found. Create one in the Avatar Studio.”
Select:
New Avatar
to open Avatar Studio.
Marketing Studio stores the clicked asset's index before opening Viewer.
If the displayed collection changed unexpectedly, close Viewer and reopen the desired Card.

AI Marketing Studio is AIUNIFY PROS SUITE's central hub for launching AI Marketing creative Tools and quickly reviewing recent visual output.
The workspace is presented as:
AI Marketing Studio
with:
“Supercharge your brand with professional AI-generated assets.”
The Marketing Studio Dashboard currently offers six launch Cards:
However, the full AI Marketing Sidebar contains 11 entries, adding Reels Generator, Logo Generator, Manga Generator, and Thumbnail Maker to the broader marketing Tool set.
The Header's New Campaign action currently opens the Image Generator directly. It does not create a persistent campaign or expose campaign objectives, budget, audience, schedule, or performance tracking.
Marketing Studio also displays four KPI-style Cards—120% Ad ROI Increase, 10x Faster Production, 85% Creative Efficiency, and 24/7 Always Generating—but those values are fixed directly in the Dashboard source and should not be interpreted as subscriber-specific analytics.
The main asset-management area is:
Recent Assets
but it has important current boundaries. The Dashboard requests the marketing asset collection, filters it to Image and Video, and keeps only the first eight returned visual assets.
Each displayed Asset Card can show its:
and provides controls for:
The reusable Card technically supports Delete when a parent supplies a Delete handler, but Marketing Studio does not currently supply one, so central Recent Assets do not display a Delete action.
Selecting an Asset opens Asset Viewer, which provides image zoom and Video playback controls.
Downloads use generated names such as:
marketing-image-[asset ID].png
or:
marketing-video-[asset ID].mp4
and the shared Download helper falls back to opening the original asset URL in a new browser tab if the normal Download proxy fails.
A second important limitation is that the visible:
View All Gallery
button currently has no Link or click action attached. It should not yet be treated as an operational complete-gallery feature.
For deeper History, subscribers should use the specialized generator. For example:
and those pages request their own asset Type collections rather than using Marketing Studio's eight-item cross-Tool display.
The broader AI Marketing ecosystem also supports reusable Product References and AI Avatars. Product References can be uploaded as Images and reused through supported generators, while existing Avatars can be selected or created through New Avatar.
Finally, the generic Feature catalogue assigns Marketing Studio itself 0 Tokens, while the individual creative generators have their own separate reference costs. This accurately reflects the current architecture: browsing the Studio is distinct from performing a new AI media generation.
The recommended operating principle is:
Use Marketing Studio to Navigate → Use the Specialized Generator to Create → Use Generator History to Find Prior Work → Use Recent Assets for Fast Image/Video Access → Inspect Full Size → Download Approved Assets → Preserve Important Final Creative Outside the Eight-Asset Dashboard Window
