28.1 Overview

Chapter 28 covers four specialized creative systems inside the AI Marketing section of AIUNIFY PROS SUITE:

  1. Avatar Generator / Avatar Studio
  2. Logo Generator
  3. Manga Generator
  4. Thumbnail Maker

All four use AIUNIFY's specialized Marketing media-generation infrastructure, but each has a distinct purpose and persistence workflow.

The most important distinction is that these are not four variations of one generic Image Generator. Each Tool constructs its own generation instructions, stores its own type of asset, and exposes different settings and archive controls.

Part One — Avatar Generator / Avatar Studio

28.2 What Avatar Studio Does

The Sidebar identifies this Tool as:

Avatar Generator

The actual workspace is titled:

Avatar Studio

with:

“Create and manage your AI-powered brand ambassadors.”

28.3 Where Avatar Studio Is Located

Navigate to:

Sidebar → AI Marketing → Avatar Generator

The current route is:

/ai-marketing/avatar-studio

28.4 Authentication Is Required

Avatar Studio checks whether you are signed into PROS SUITE.

If authentication is unavailable, it redirects toward:

28.5 Two Different Avatar Workflows

Avatar Studio currently supports two different ways to add an Avatar:

AI Generation

Create New Avatar

using:

  1. Avatar Name
  2. Avatar Description
  3. Optional Reference Photo

Direct Upload

Upload Custom Avatar

using an existing Image you already have.

These are different workflows.

28.6 Create New Avatar

The left-side creation Card is titled:

Create New Avatar.

28.7 Avatar Name

The first field is:

Avatar Name

with the placeholder:

“e.g. Sarah - Marketing Manager”.

28.8 Avatar Name Is Required

If the Name is blank, Avatar Studio displays:

Please enter a name for your avatar.

28.9 Use a Descriptive Avatar Name

Useful naming patterns include:

  1. Sarah — Marketing Manager
  2. Marcus — Enterprise Sales
  3. AIUNIFY Product Specialist
  4. Financial Services Advisor
  5. Real Estate Spokesperson

A clear Name becomes especially useful when selecting the Avatar later inside Image, Video, Reels, Manga, Thumbnail, and other supported marketing generators.

28.10 Avatar Description

The second field is:

Avatar Description

with:

“Describe the avatar's appearance, style, and personality...”

28.11 Avatar Description Is Required

If Description is blank, the current message is:

Please describe your avatar.

28.12 What to Include in Avatar Description

Useful details can include:

  1. Approximate age
  2. Professional role
  3. Clothing
  4. Hair
  5. Facial appearance
  6. Expression
  7. Brand personality
  8. Presentation style

For example:

“Confident female enterprise technology executive in her early 40s, professional burgundy blazer, polished business appearance, approachable expression, premium corporate portrait.”

28.13 Avatar Generation Is Headshot-Oriented

Avatar Studio automatically transforms your Description into an instruction containing:

“Portrait avatar of [description]. Studio lighting, clean background, headshot style.”

Therefore, this Tool is currently oriented toward reusable portrait/headshot Avatars rather than full-body character scenes.

28.14 Reference Photo

Below Description is:

Reference Photo (Optional).

28.15 Reference Photo Purpose

The interface instructs:

Upload headshot to match face.

This makes the optional Image a facial/identity reference for AI generation.

28.16 Reference Photo Accepts Images

The file picker accepts:

image/*.

28.17 No Client-Side Reference Photo Size Limit Is Established

The current source does not contain a visible subscriber-side maximum size check for this Avatar reference upload.

Do not assume the 5 MB limits used by some other PROS SUITE Tools apply here.

28.18 Reference Photo Upload

When selected, the Reference Photo is uploaded through the Image upload service.

On success, Avatar Studio displays:

Reference photo uploaded!

28.19 Reference Upload Failure

The current fallback is:

Upload failed

or a returned service Error.

28.20 Reference Preview

After successful upload, the Reference Photo appears inside the creation Card.

28.21 Remove Reference Photo

Select the X on the Reference Preview to remove it before generation.

28.22 Generate Avatar

Select:

Generate Avatar.

28.23 Generating...

While processing, the button changes to:

Generating....

28.24 AI Avatar Request

The current request contains:

  1. Avatar Name
  2. isAvatar: true
  3. Constructed portrait Prompt
  4. Optional Reference Image URL
  5. Fixed 1:1 size
  6. Enhancement enabled

28.25 Avatar Size Is Fixed

AI-generated Avatars currently use:

1:1

There is no subscriber-facing aspect-ratio selector inside Avatar Studio.

28.26 Enhancement Is Automatically Enabled

The current Avatar request uses:

isEnhance: true.

There is no user-facing Enhancement toggle.

28.27 No Avatar Style Selector

The current workspace does not provide dedicated choices such as:

  1. Photorealistic
  2. Cartoon
  3. Anime
  4. 3D
  5. Illustration

Instead, express visual direction through Avatar Description.

28.28 No Background Selector

There is no separate Avatar Background control.

The generated Prompt itself requests a:

clean background.

28.29 No Clothing Selector

There is no dedicated Wardrobe menu.

Describe clothing in Avatar Description.

28.30 No Pose Selector

There is no current:

  1. Pose
  2. Camera angle
  3. Expression slider

control.

Include those instructions in the Description when important.

28.31 Avatar Generation Is Asynchronous

A successful generation request returns a:

taskId.

The browser then checks generation status approximately every:

5 seconds.

28.32 Avatar Generation Started

The current message is:

Avatar generation started...

28.33 Avatar Generated Successfully

When polling succeeds, the exact message is:

Avatar generated successfully!

28.34 My Avatars Refreshes After Success

After AI generation succeeds, Avatar Studio automatically reloads the Avatar collection.

28.35 No Separate Current-Result Preview

Unlike Logo Generator or Manga Generator, Avatar Studio does not place the newly generated Avatar into a separate large current-result panel.

The main result appears through the refreshed:

My Avatars

collection.

28.36 Avatar Failure

If asynchronous generation fails, the current workspace displays the returned Error or:

Generation failed.

28.37 Provider Credits Error

The current logic recognizes:

credits insufficient

as a provider-side condition.

A demo-specific environment can instead display:

In the demo, this feature is disabled.

28.38 No Stop Generation Control

Avatar Studio does not currently expose:

  1. Cancel
  2. Stop
  3. Abort Generation

after the Avatar task begins.

28.39 Upload Custom Avatar

The Header provides:

Upload Custom Avatar.

28.40 Custom Avatar Upload Is Not AI Generation

This workflow does not generate a new face.

It uploads your existing Image and saves it directly as an Avatar record.

28.41 Custom Avatar File Type

The upload control accepts:

image/*.

28.42 No Client-Side Custom Avatar Size Limit Is Established

The current source does not impose a visible file-size validation before the upload request.

28.43 Uploaded Avatar Name

The Name is derived from the Image filename without its extension.

For example:

AIUNIFY_Sales_Avatar.png

becomes an Avatar Name derived from:

AIUNIFY_Sales_Avatar

28.44 Best Practice — Rename the File Before Uploading

Use a useful filename before selecting Upload Custom Avatar.

Avoid:

IMG_8831.jpg

Prefer:

AIUNIFY_Enterprise_Advisor.jpg

28.45 Successful Custom Upload

The current confirmation is:

Avatar uploaded and ready!

28.46 Failed to Save Avatar

Possible Error:

Failed to save avatar

or another returned service message.

28.47 My Avatars

The Avatar collection is titled:

My Avatars.

28.48 No Avatars Created Yet

If the collection is empty:

“No avatars created yet. Use the tool on the left to start.”

28.49 Avatar Card

Each Avatar Card displays:

  1. Circular Avatar Image
  2. Avatar Name
  3. Avatar Type

28.50 Avatar Type

The type appears beneath the Name.

This can distinguish system-provided Avatar records from other Avatar types.

28.51 View Avatar

Click an Avatar Image to open it in Asset Viewer.

28.52 System Avatar Protection

When an Avatar's type is:

system

the hover overlay containing View/Delete buttons is not rendered.

The Image itself remains clickable for viewing.

28.53 Delete Custom Avatar

For non-system Avatars, the hover overlay includes a Trash action.

28.54 Delete Avatar Confirmation

The confirmation is:

Delete Avatar

with:

“Are you sure you want to delete this avatar? This action cannot be undone.”

28.55 Successful Avatar Delete

The current confirmation is:

Avatar deleted.

28.56 Failed Avatar Delete

The current fallback is:

Failed to delete avatar.

28.57 Delete Cannot Be Undone

No Restore/Trash workflow is established.

28.58 Deleting an Avatar Removes It from Future Selection

Because supported Marketing Tools retrieve their reusable Avatar choices from the shared Avatar collection, deleting a custom Avatar can remove it from future Avatar Picker use.

Preserve important reference Images before deleting them.

28.59 No Rename Avatar

Avatar Studio does not currently expose:

Rename Avatar.

28.60 No Edit Avatar Description

There is no source-verified workflow for editing the Description of an existing Avatar record.

28.61 No Download Avatar Button

The current My Avatars UI provides View and Delete for applicable Avatars, but no dedicated Download action.

28.62 Avatar Viewer

Asset Viewer receives the Avatar collection as Image assets, allowing full-size viewing.

28.63 Avatar Studio Token Reference

The PROS SUITE feature catalogue currently lists:

Avatar Studio — 150 Tokens.

28.64 Token Qualification

The page itself does not display a fixed 150-Token charge.

Final server-side Marketing billing is outside the sanitized User Operations source.

Therefore, treat 150 Tokens as the current feature-catalogue reference rather than an immutable live-generation price.

28.65 Custom Upload vs. AI Generation Cost

The source does not establish that simply uploading an existing custom Avatar uses the same AI-generation charge as creating an Avatar with Generate Avatar.

Do not assume those operations have identical usage accounting.

Part Two — Logo Generator

28.66 What Logo Generator Does

Navigate to:

Sidebar → AI Marketing → Logo Generator

Route:

/ai-marketing/logo-generator

The workspace is titled:

Logo Generator

with:

“Craft distinctive brand marks with AI precision”.

28.67 Logo Generator Is a Structured Brand-Prompt Builder

Rather than asking you to describe everything in one field, it constructs the Logo Prompt from:

  1. Brand Name
  2. Tagline
  3. Industry
  4. Primary color
  5. Secondary color
  6. Logo Style
  7. Typography
  8. Icon/Layout Preference
  9. Creative Direction
  10. Optional Product/reference Image

28.68 Brand Name

The required field is:

Brand Name *

Placeholder:

“e.g. NovaSpark”.

28.69 Brand Name Is Required

If blank:

Enter a brand name.

28.70 Tagline

The optional field is:

Tagline

with:

“e.g. Ignite Your Potential”.

28.71 Industry

The optional Industry selector currently provides 15 choices:

  1. Technology
  2. Finance
  3. Healthcare
  4. Education
  5. Food & Beverage
  6. Fashion
  7. Real Estate
  8. Entertainment
  9. Sports
  10. Travel
  11. E-Commerce
  12. Agency
  13. Consulting
  14. SaaS
  15. Gaming

28.72 No Custom Industry Text Field

The current Industry UI provides the predefined list above.

There is no separate free-text Industry field.

If your exact Industry is absent, use Creative Direction to clarify it.

28.73 Primary Color

Logo Generator provides a group labeled:

Primary.

28.74 Current Primary Color Choices

The Primary swatches correspond to:

  1. #6366f1
  2. #8b5cf6
  3. #ec4899
  4. #ef4444
  5. #f97316

28.75 Default Primary Color

Default:

#6366f1

28.76 Secondary Color

A separate group is labeled:

Secondary.

28.77 Current Secondary Choices

The current secondary swatches correspond to:

  1. #eab308
  2. #22c55e
  3. #06b6d4
  4. #3b82f6
  5. #1e1e1e

28.78 Default Secondary Color

Default:

#06b6d4.

28.79 No Custom Color Picker

The current Logo interface does not expose:

  1. Hex input
  2. RGB input
  3. Custom color picker

Only the fixed visible swatches are source-verified.

28.80 Color Values Are Actually Added to the Prompt

Unlike Chapter 26's unwired Image Style control, Logo Generator explicitly adds the selected Primary and Secondary color values to its constructed generation Prompt.

28.81 Logo Style

The workspace offers:

Logo Style.

28.82 Ten Logo Styles

Current styles:

  1. Minimal
  2. Modern
  3. Luxury
  4. Tech
  5. Mascot
  6. Flat
  7. 3D
  8. Gradient
  9. Monogram
  10. Geometric

28.83 Default Logo Style

Default:

Minimal.

28.84 Logo Style Is Actually Used

The selected Style is translated into detailed Prompt language.

Examples include:

  1. Minimal → clean lines and whitespace
  2. Luxury → premium/elegant serif details
  3. Tech → digital precision
  4. 3D → depth and realistic lighting
  5. Monogram → Brand initials

28.85 Product Reference as Design Direction

Logo Generator includes the shared:

Select Product Reference

component.

28.86 Logo Reference Behavior

When a Product/reference Image is selected, the generator appends:

“Use the provided reference image/logo as design direction.”

The Image URL is also sent in filesUrl.

28.87 Reference Does Not Mean Exact Logo Copy

The wording is explicitly:

design direction

not pixel-for-pixel reproduction.

28.88 Typography & Layout

Another Card is:

Typography & Layout.

28.89 Typography Choices

Current options:

  1. Sans Serif
  2. Serif
  3. Display
  4. Handwritten
  5. Monospace

28.90 Default Typography

Default:

Sans Serif.

28.91 Icon/Layout Preferences

Current options:

  1. Icon + Text
  2. Icon Only
  3. Text Only
  4. Abstract
  5. Lettermark

28.92 Default Icon Preference

Default:

Icon + Text.

28.93 Typography and Layout Are Added to the AI Prompt

Both selected values are explicitly inserted into the generated Logo instructions.

28.94 Creative Direction

The final optional Prompt area is:

Creative Direction.

28.95 Creative Direction Maximum

Current maximum:

500 characters.

A live counter displays:

[count]/500.

28.96 Creative Direction Suggestions

Current shortcuts include:

  1. Bold tech startup with sharp angles
  2. Organic nature-inspired leaf motifs
  3. Futuristic neon with clean edges
  4. Vintage badge with texture and depth
  5. Playful colorful creative agency

28.97 Selecting a Suggestion Replaces Creative Direction

A suggestion sets the current Creative Direction text.

You can edit it afterward.

28.98 Final Logo Prompt

The generator combines all selected information and ends its prompt with:

“Render on clean solid background. Vector-quality, scalable, centered.”

28.99 Important — “Vector-Quality” Does Not Mean SVG Output

Although the AI is instructed to create a vector-quality visual style, the current output workflow generates an Image and downloads:

PNG.

There is no SVG export.

28.100 Generate Logo

Select:

Generate Logo.

28.101 Generating...

While active:

Generating...

28.102 Logo Request

The current request includes:

  1. Generated Logo Prompt
  2. isLogo: true
  3. Brand Name
  4. Fixed 1:1 size
  5. Enhancement enabled
  6. Optional reference Image URL

28.103 Logo Aspect Ratio Is Fixed

Logo output requests:

1:1.

There is no Logo ratio selector.

28.104 Logo Generation Is Asynchronous

A successful request produces a Task ID and is polled every:

5 seconds.

28.105 Generation Started

Current message:

Generation started. Please wait...

28.106 Logo Generated Successfully

Success:

Logo generated successfully!

28.107 Safety Filter Handling

Logo Generator recognizes safety-related provider responses and can display:

Prompt flagged by safety filter. Try rephrasing.

28.108 Crafting Your Logo...

While processing:

Crafting your logo...

with:

“AI is designing a unique mark for [Brand Name]”.

28.109 Logo Progress Animation

The loading bar is animated across:

30 seconds.

It is not source-verified as actual provider progress.

28.110 Preview Background Controls

Logo Preview offers:

  1. Dark
  2. Light
  3. Transparent/checkerboard

28.111 Preview Background Does Not Alter the Generated Logo

These controls change the page Preview background.

They are not passed into the generation request.

28.112 Critical Transparency Distinction

Selecting the checkerboard/Transparent Preview does not establish that the PNG itself has an alpha-transparent background.

In fact, the generated Prompt currently instructs AI to:

“Render on clean solid background.”

Therefore:

The Transparent Preview is a viewing aid—not proof of a transparent downloaded Logo.

28.113 Current Logo Download

Hover over the generated Logo and select:

PNG.

28.114 Logo Filename

Current result filename:

[Brand Name]-logo-[timestamp].png.

28.115 Download PNG

The footer also provides:

Download PNG.

28.116 Retry

The current result includes:

Retry.

This runs another complete AI Logo generation using the current settings.

28.117 Your Work

Persistent Logo history is titled:

Your Work

with:

“Your personal collection of AI-crafted brand identities”.

28.118 Logo Count

The Header displays:

[number] Design / Designs.

28.119 Logo Persistence

Saved Logo assets are retrieved through:

list-assets&type=logo.

28.120 No Masterpieces Yet

If empty:

No masterpieces yet

with:

“Your future brand icons will be archived here in high resolution”.

28.121 Logo Archive Card

Each Card can show:

  1. Logo Image
  2. Stored Name
  3. View
  4. Download
  5. Restore-to-current-workspace control
  6. Latest badge

28.122 Historical Logo Download

Current pattern:

logo-[asset ID].png.

28.123 Latest Badge

A Logo created within approximately the last 24 hours receives:

Latest.

28.124 Restore Control

The third Archive action uses a Refresh icon.

It:

  1. Loads the stored Logo URL into the current result
  2. Restores the stored Name into Brand Name
  3. Scrolls to the top

28.125 Restore Does Not Restore the Whole Logo Configuration

The current Archive restore action does not restore:

  1. Tagline
  2. Industry
  3. Primary color
  4. Secondary color
  5. Logo Style
  6. Typography
  7. Icon preference
  8. Creative Direction
  9. Reference Image

Only the current Image and stored Name are explicitly restored.

28.126 Retry After Restoring Can Produce a Different Logo

Because only Brand Name is restored, selecting Retry afterward uses whatever other settings are currently active in the workspace.

Always review all Logo settings first.

28.127 No Delete Logo

Your Work does not currently provide Delete.

28.128 No Rename Logo

There is no source-verified Rename control.

28.129 No SVG Export

Current Download is PNG only.

  3. Color guide
  4. Brand standards
  5. SVGs
  6. Favicon package

28.132 Logo Token Reference

Current catalogue:

Logo Generator — 50 Tokens.

As with other Marketing media Tools, the page itself does not prove a permanently fixed live 50-Token charge.

Part Three — Manga Generator

28.133 What Manga Generator Does

Route:

/ai-marketing/manga-generator

Workspace:

Manga Generator

with:

“Create professional manga illustrations from descriptions”.

28.134 Important Scope

  2. Shojo
  3. Seinen
  4. Chibi
  5. Cyberpunk
  6. Ink Wash
  7. Watercolor
  8. 80s Retro

28.147 Default Manga Style

Default:

Shonen.

28.148 Style Is Used in the Prompt

Each Style maps to specific AI instructions.

For example:

  1. Shonen → bold action lines/high contrast
  2. Shojo → delicate lines/expressive eyes
  3. Seinen → detailed/realistic/atmospheric

28.157 Extra Details

Optional field:

Extra Details

with:

“e.g. dramatic shadows, rain...”

28.158 No Extra Details Character Counter

Unlike Logo and Thumbnail, the current Manga Extra Details field does not expose a 500-character counter.

28.159 All Visible Manga Settings Are Used

Manga Generator explicitly adds:

  1. Character Description
  2. Style
  3. Emotion
  4. Composition
  5. Background
  6. Extra Details

to its constructed AI Prompt.

28.160 Generate Manga

Select:

Generate Manga.

28.161 Manga Request

The current request includes:

  1. Constructed Prompt
  2. isManga: true
  3. Name from first 20 characters of Description

45 seconds.

It is visual animation—not source-verified provider progress.

28.169 Manga Preview Backgrounds

Preview provides:

  1. Dark
  2. Light
  3. Transparent/checkerboard

28.170 Preview Background Does Not Change the Manga File

The Preview backdrop setting is not submitted to generation.

It only changes how the current illustration is displayed.

28.171 Manga Download

The generated result provides:

PNG Download.

28.172 Current Manga Filename

Pattern:

manga-[timestamp].png.

28.173 Retry

The Preview also provides:

Retry.

This launches another full Manga generation using current inputs.

28.174 The Canvas Awaits

Before generation:

The Canvas Awaits

with:

“Configure your manga settings and hit generate”.

28.175 Your Archive

Saved Manga assets appear under:

Your Archive

with:

“Your collection of AI-crafted manga illustrations”.

28.176 Archive Count

The interface displays:

[number] Illustration / Illustrations.

This further confirms that the current persisted unit is an illustration rather than a multi-page Manga book.

28.177 “No Volumes Yet” Is Interface Copy

The empty state says:

No volumes yet

with:

“Your future manga masterpieces will be archived here”.

Despite the word “volumes,” the source does not implement Manga-volume/page management.

28.178 Manga Archive Card

Each Archive Card displays:

  1. Manga Image
  2. Truncated stored Prompt
  3. View
  4. Download

28.179 Prompt Preview

Approximately the first 30 characters of the stored Prompt are shown with an ellipsis.

28.180 Historical Manga Download

Pattern:

Unlike Logo and Thumbnail archives, Manga Archive provides:

  1. View

but no third Restore/Refresh action.

28.182 No Delete Manga

28.183 No Rename Manga

No Rename workflow exists.

28.184 No Manga PDF Export

No PDF/Comic Book export exists.

28.185 No Manga ZIP

There is no multi-image ZIP package because the current Tool generates single illustrations.

28.186 Manga Token Reference

Current catalogue:

Manga Generator — 50 Tokens.

Again, the live page does not prove that every production request is permanently billed exactly 50 Tokens.

Part Four — YouTube Thumbnail Maker

28.187 Where Thumbnail Maker Is Located

Navigate to:

Sidebar → AI Marketing → Thumbnail Maker

The route is:

/ai-marketing/youtube-thumbnail

28.188 Workspace Name

The actual workspace is:

YouTube Thumbnail Maker

with:

“Create viral-worthy thumbnails with AI power”.

28.189 Thumbnail Maker Is Fixed for YouTube-Style 16:9 Creative

The current generator always requests:

16:9

and its Preview is explicitly labeled:

Preview (16:9).

28.190 Video Content

The first Card is:

Video Content.

28.191 Video Title

Required field:

Video Title *

Placeholder:

“e.g. 10 Secret AI Tools”.

28.210 Final Thumbnail Prompt

The Tool builds a structured prompt from:

  1. Video Title
  2. Subtitle
  3. Style
  4. Theme
  5. Custom Instructions

and ends with:

“Optimized for 16:9 aspect ratio. Eye-catching, professional, and visually engaging for YouTube.”

28.211 Generate Thumbnail

Primary action:

Generate Thumbnail.

28.212 Thumbnail Request

The current request contains:

  1. generate-image
  2. Constructed Prompt
  3. isThumbnail: true
  4. Video Title as Name
  5. Fixed 16:9 size
  6. Enhancement enabled
  7. Product/Avatar reference URLs

28.213 Thumbnail Size Is Fixed

Current generation always uses:

16:9.

There is no Thumbnail aspect-ratio selector.

28.214 No Pixel Resolution Selector

The Tool does not expose:

  1. 1280×720
  2. 1920×1080
  3. 4K

as selectable values.

28.215 Generation Is Asynchronous

Thumbnail Maker creates an Image-generation Task and polls approximately every:

5 seconds.

28.216 Thumbnail Generated Successfully

Current success:

Thumbnail generated successfully!

28.217 Generation Failure

Current fallback:

Generation failed.

28.218 Creating Your Thumbnail...

During processing:

Creating your thumbnail...

with:

“AI is designing a high-impact visual for [Video Title]”.

28.219 30-Second Loading Bar

The Thumbnail loading animation runs for:

30 seconds.

It is not tied to actual task completion.

28.220 Preview (16:9)

The Preview Header explicitly states:

Preview (16:9).

28.221 YouTube Ready Badge

The Preview also displays:

YouTube Ready.

28.222 “YouTube Ready” Does Not Mean Published

The badge does not:

  1. Upload to YouTube
  2. Validate your Channel
  3. Set the Thumbnail on a Video
  4. Confirm platform compliance

It is an interface designation for the intended 16:9 use case.

28.223 Current Result Download

The generated Thumbnail provides:

PNG

Download.

28.224 Current Thumbnail Filename

Pattern:

[Video Title]-thumbnail-[timestamp].png.

28.225 Download PNG

A second footer action also provides:

Download PNG.

28.226 Retry

The current result provides:

Retry.

This generates another full Thumbnail using current inputs.

28.227 Your Thumbnail Awaits

Before generation:

Your thumbnail awaits

with:

“Fill in the details to generate a viral thumbnail”.

28.228 Your Thumbnails

Persistent saved output appears under:

Your Thumbnails

with:

“Archive of your AI-generated YouTube thumbnails”.

28.229 Thumbnail Persistence

The page requests:

list-assets&type=thumbnail.

28.230 Archive Count

It displays:

[number] Thumbnail / Thumbnails.

28.231 No Thumbnails Yet

No thumbnails yet

with:

“Your future viral thumbnails will be archived here”.

28.232 Thumbnail Archive Card

Each Card provides:

  1. Thumbnail Image
  2. Stored Name
  3. View
  4. Download
  5. Restore-to-current-workspace
  6. Latest badge where applicable

28.233 Historical Thumbnail Download

Pattern:

thumbnail-[asset ID].png.

28.234 Restore Thumbnail

The third Archive action:

  1. Sets the stored Image as the current result
  2. Restores stored Name to Video Title
  3. Scrolls to the top

28.235 Restore Does Not Restore Every Thumbnail Setting

The current Restore action does not restore:

  1. Subtitle
  2. Theme
  3. Style
  4. Product Reference
  5. Avatar Reference
  6. Custom Instructions

Only the current Image and Video Title are explicitly restored.

28.236 Retry After Restoring Requires Review

Before selecting Retry on an old Thumbnail, verify the current:

  1. Subtitle
  2. Theme
  3. Style
  4. References
  5. Custom Instructions

because those may belong to a different creative session.

28.237 Latest Thumbnail

A Thumbnail created within approximately 24 hours displays:

Latest.

28.238 No Delete Thumbnail

No Delete control is currently available.

28.239 No Rename Thumbnail

No Rename action exists.

28.240 No YouTube Upload

Thumbnail Maker does not source-verify direct integration that applies the generated Thumbnail to a YouTube Video.

28.241 No JPG Export

Current export is PNG.

28.242 No PSD or Editable Layer File

The Tool does not generate a source-verified:

  1. PSD
  2. Canva project
  3. Figma file
  4. Layered design document

28.243 Thumbnail Text Requires QA

Because Title/Subtitle can be included in the AI Image Prompt, written text inside the generated Image can be malformed.

Inspect:

  1. Spelling
  2. Numbers
  3. Capitalization
  4. Brand Name
  5. Symbols

before publishing.

28.244 Thumbnail Token Reference

Current feature catalogue:

Thumbnail Maker — 50 Tokens.

The page itself does not establish a guaranteed fixed production charge.

Shared Behavior Across Logo, Manga, and Thumbnail

28.245 Specialized Marketing Generation

Logo, Manga, and Thumbnail all use:

action: generate-image

through the specialized Marketing service.

They distinguish the requested asset through flags such as:

  1. isLogo
  2. isManga
  3. isThumbnail

28.246 Header Language Model Is Not Sent

These pages do not submit the normal shared:

selectedModel

used by many text AI Tools.

Do not document the PROS SUITE Header LLM selector as controlling these creative generators.

28.247 Standard BYOK Provider Headers Are Not Sent

These Marketing requests use standard JSON headers and do not append the normal subscriber OpenAI/Gemini/Anthropic/etc. API-Key headers.

28.248 No Media Provider Selector

None of the four Chapter 28 workspaces exposes a subscriber-facing media provider/model selector.

28.249 Persistent Assets Are Type-Specific

The current persistent collections are:

  1. Avatars → list-avatars
  2. Logos → list-assets&type=logo
  3. Manga → list-assets&type=manga
  4. Thumbnails → list-assets&type=thumbnail

28.250 No Universal Asset Archive

Each generator maintains its own type-specific collection.

Marketing Studio's Recent Assets should not be treated as the complete archive for these specialized types.

28.251 No Automatic Publishing

None of the four Tools currently provides:

  1. Publish
  2. Social posting
  3. Website deployment
  4. YouTube upload
  5. Campaign activation

Generation and distribution remain separate steps.

28.252 Best Practice — Create Reusable Avatars First

When building a campaign that will use the same spokesperson across:

  1. Images
  2. Videos
  3. Reels
  4. Manga
  5. Thumbnails

create and approve the Avatar first.

Then reuse it through the supported Avatar Picker.

28.253 Best Practice — Keep Avatar Identity Simple

For a reusable brand spokesperson, use a clean Description and reference headshot.

Overly complex scene instructions belong in the later asset generator rather than the Avatar identity itself.

28.254 Best Practice — Verify Face Consistency

A generated Avatar should be visually reviewed before you use it as a recurring campaign reference.

28.255 Best Practice — Protect Reference Rights

Only upload or use photos you are authorized to use as Avatar/reference material.

28.256 Best Practice — Use Logo Generator for Ideation and Creative Direction

The current output is PNG rather than a true vector file.

For important commercial branding, consider the generated Logo a creative design asset that should be professionally reviewed and, where appropriate, recreated/finalized in vector format.

28.257 Best Practice — Verify Brand Name Text

AI-generated Logo typography can contain:

  1. Misspellings
  2. Incorrect letters
  3. Unwanted characters

Always inspect the actual Logo rather than assuming the Prompt text was reproduced perfectly.

28.258 Best Practice — Verify Tagline Separately

If the Tagline is important, zoom in and confirm every character.

28.259 Best Practice — Test Logo on Multiple Backgrounds

Use Dark, Light, and checkerboard Preview backgrounds to assess visual contrast.

Remember that this does not change the actual file background.

28.260 Best Practice — Keep the Logo Prompt Focused

Avoid asking the AI to combine too many unrelated icons and visual metaphors into one mark.

28.261 Best Practice — Choose Icon Preference Deliberately

For example:

Icon + Text

Useful for a complete Brand lockup.

Icon Only

Useful for symbol-focused concepts.

Text Only

Useful for wordmark concepts.

Lettermark

Useful when Brand initials are central.

28.262 Best Practice — Manga Character Description

Describe:

  1. Character
  2. Clothing
  3. Action
  4. Scene
  5. Important objects

while using the dedicated Emotion, Composition, Style, and Background controls for the rest.

28.263 Best Practice — Use Avatar Reference for Character Consistency

When you want an established person/Avatar represented as a Manga character, select the reusable Avatar.

28.264 Best Practice — Remember Manga Is One Illustration

Do not write a lengthy multi-page comic script expecting the current Tool to construct an entire serialized Manga book.

Use it for a single composed Illustration.

28.265 Best Practice — Use Thumbnail Title Strategically

The Video Title drives the core Thumbnail Prompt.

Use a clear, accurate Title rather than placeholder text.

28.266 Best Practice — Keep Thumbnail Text Short

Shorter titles/taglines can reduce visual complexity.

AI Image text still requires manual verification.

28.267 Best Practice — Use Product and Avatar References for Thumbnail Continuity

A Product + spokesperson combination can help align the Thumbnail with the related campaign.

28.268 Best Practice — Inspect Thumbnail at Small Size

YouTube thumbnails are often viewed very small.

After generating:

  1. Inspect it full-size.
  2. Then visually assess whether the concept remains understandable at thumbnail size.

Troubleshooting — Avatar Studio

28.269 Cannot Generate Avatar

Check:

  1. Avatar Name exists.
  2. Avatar Description exists.
  3. No generation is already active.

28.270 Reference Photo Will Not Upload

Check that it is an Image file and that the upload service is available.

No client-side size limit is established in the current source.

28.271 Custom Avatar Did Not Get My Desired Name

The custom Avatar Name comes from the filename.

Rename the file before uploading another version.

28.272 Cannot Delete a System Avatar

System-type Avatars intentionally do not receive the non-system Delete overlay.

28.273 Cannot Download Avatar

Avatar Studio does not currently expose a Download button in My Avatars.

28.274 Cannot Edit Existing Avatar

No edit/rename workflow exists.

Create/upload another Avatar when necessary.

Troubleshooting — Logo Generator

28.275 Cannot Generate Logo

Brand Name is required.

28.276 Cannot Enter Exact Brand Hex Color

The current interface only exposes fixed color swatches.

Use Creative Direction to reinforce an exact requested color if necessary, while understanding output remains generative.

28.277 Transparent Preview Produced a Solid PNG

That is consistent with the current implementation.

The Transparent button changes only the Preview backdrop, while the AI Prompt requests a solid background.

28.278 Cannot Download SVG

Current output is PNG.

28.279 Restored Logo Has Wrong Settings

Archive restore only explicitly restores:

  1. Logo Image
  2. Brand Name

Review all other generation controls before Retry.

28.280 Logo Text Is Misspelled

AI-generated typography can be imperfect.

Generate another version or finalize the Logo externally.

Troubleshooting — Manga

28.281 Cannot Add a Second Page

The current Manga Tool does not support multi-page creation.

28.282 Cannot Select Panel Layout

No Panel system is implemented.

28.283 Cannot Add Dialogue

No speech-bubble/dialogue interface is available.

28.284 Manga Result Has Wrong Emotion

Confirm the selected Emotion before generation and reinforce it in Description/Extra Details if necessary.

28.285 Manga Archive Says “Volumes”

This is empty-state copy.

The actual current stored outputs are individual Manga Illustrations.

28.286 Cannot Delete Manga

No Archive Delete action is established.

Troubleshooting — Thumbnail Maker

28.287 Generate Thumbnail Is Disabled

Enter a Video Title.

28.288 Cannot Select Another Ratio

Thumbnail generation is fixed at:

16:9.

28.289 Cannot Choose 1080p

No pixel-resolution selector exists.

The generator requests 16:9, not a user-defined pixel size.

28.290 Retry Changed the Design Significantly

Retry performs a fresh AI generation rather than editing the existing Thumbnail.

28.291 Restored Thumbnail Has Different Style

Restore only sets the stored Image and Video Title.

Review the currently selected Style, Theme, references, Subtitle, and Custom Instructions before regenerating.

28.292 Cannot Upload Thumbnail to YouTube

The Tool creates the Image but does not publish it to YouTube.

Download the PNG and use your normal YouTube workflow.

28.312 Chapter Summary

Chapter 28 documents four specialized visual-creation workflows inside AIUNIFY PROS SUITE's AI Marketing environment.

Avatar Studio is designed to create and manage reusable AI-powered brand ambassadors. Subscribers can either generate a new 1:1 headshot-style Avatar using an Avatar Name, Avatar Description, and optional Reference Photo, or directly add an existing Image through Upload Custom Avatar. AI-generated Avatar requests explicitly ask for studio lighting, a clean background, and headshot styling.

Avatar generation is asynchronous and polled approximately every five seconds. Once complete, the My Avatars collection refreshes automatically. Non-system Avatars can be deleted through a confirmation workflow, while system-type Avatars are protected from the current Delete overlay.

Logo Generator is a structured brand-identity generator. It accepts Brand Name, Tagline, one of 15 Industries, preset Primary and Secondary colors, one of 10 Logo Styles, one of five Typography styles, one of five Icon/Layout preferences, optional Product/reference imagery, and up to 500 characters of additional Creative Direction. All of those active configuration choices are incorporated into the constructed Logo Prompt.

Logo generation uses a fixed 1:1 Image request and produces PNG output. The Tool's Dark, Light, and checkerboard/Transparent controls change the Preview background only. They do not request transparent Image output; the generation Prompt actually instructs AI to use a clean solid background. Therefore, the current Transparent Preview must not be described as transparent PNG generation.

Saved Logos appear under Your Work. They can be viewed, downloaded, or partially restored to the active workspace. The restore action brings back the Image and Brand Name, but not the original Tagline, Industry, colors, Style, Typography, Layout preference, reference Image, or Creative Direction.

Manga Generator creates a single 2:3 Manga illustration from Character Description, Emotion, Composition, Artistic Style, Background, Extra Details, and optional Avatar/Product references. It provides eight artistic styles—Shonen, Shojo, Seinen, Chibi, Cyberpunk, Ink Wash, Watercolor, and 80s Retro—and explicitly incorporates those values into its generation Prompt.

Despite the Tool's Manga terminology and an empty-state reference to “volumes,” the current source contains no page system, panel system, speech bubbles, dialogue editor, chapter management, or multi-page export. The actual persisted outputs are individual Manga Illustrations in Your Archive.

YouTube Thumbnail Maker creates fixed 16:9 AI-generated Thumbnail Images. Subscribers provide a required Video Title, optional Subtitle/Tagline, optional Theme/Mood, one of ten Thumbnail Styles, reusable Product and Avatar references, and up to 500 characters of Custom Instructions. The Tool constructs a complete YouTube-oriented Prompt and explicitly requests 16:9 output.

Generated Thumbnails are persisted under Your Thumbnails, can be viewed and downloaded as PNGs, and can be partially restored to the active workspace. As with Logo Generator, restoring an old Thumbnail restores the Image and stored Video Title but does not restore all of the original generation settings.

The feature catalogue currently references:

  1. Avatar Studio — 150 Tokens
  2. Logo Generator — 50 Tokens
  3. Manga Generator — 50 Tokens
  4. Thumbnail Maker — 50 Tokens

but these remain catalogue/default references rather than proof of immutable production billing on every request.

The recommended operating principle for Chapter 28 is:
