AIUNIFY PROS is a centralized digital engagement and campaign asset platform for creating, publishing, managing, and measuring dynamic QR Codes, Smart Short Links, Bio Pages, and Landing Pages from one authenticated workspace.
The platform is designed for businesses, marketers, creators, agencies, teams, and professionals who need a practical way to connect offline and online audiences to digital experiences while tracking supported engagement activity.
A useful way to understand AIUNIFY PROS is designed as a connected campaign workflow rather than a collection of unrelated tools. A typical campaign begins with a destination, then adds an access path, distribution, and measurement.
Operating principle: Start with the desired customer action. Decide what should happen after the person scans or clicks, then build the destination and access point around that outcome.
After sign-in, the standard subscriber Sidebar is organized around seven primary areas. What a user sees can vary according to assigned permissions.

The Overview Dashboard summarizes workspace activity and lets you switch among the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
The Dashboard also includes a Scan Timeline with 24h, 7d, 30d, and 90d chart views, a Workspace Insights panel, recent scan activity, and top-performing assets.
One of the central advantages of PROS is that supported QR and Short Link experiences resolve through PROS-managed public routes. This makes it possible to keep a campaign access point stable while changing supported destination information later.
For a dynamic QR Code, the internal scan link remains associated with the saved QR record. This is why a printed QR Code can continue to work even after the underlying destination is updated, provided the QR record remains active and routable.
Important: When you want PROS tracking and dynamic management, distribute the PROS-generated QR or Short Link rather than bypassing it with the final destination URL.
PROS can connect different campaign assets to one another. For example, a Bio Page or Landing Page can optionally generate a matching Short Link and QR Code. A Short Link can also generate a matching QR Code.
These relationships help a campaign use one destination across both physical and digital distribution channels.
Access in PROS is controlled by three different concepts that should not be confused.

A user can therefore have permission to create an asset but still be blocked because the workspace has reached its subscription limit.
The authenticated workspace is used to create and manage assets. Public routes are used by the audience that scans, clicks, or opens those assets.
Public interaction can contribute to Analytics when the associated event type is tracked.
This User Operations Manual is limited to subscriber-facing operation. It explains what a normal PROS subscriber needs to know to use the live workspace.
This manual intentionally excludes Superadmin configuration, installation, database administration, server management, source-code modification, and global provider credentials.
