AIUNIFY PROS is designed so that a subscriber can move from account creation to a working campaign asset without requiring server or developer access. The first session should focus on understanding the workspace, confirming plan limits, and creating a controlled test asset.
Open the PROS website in a supported browser. Public marketing pages, pricing, registration, and sign-in are separate from the authenticated subscriber workspace.
A regular subscriber is directed to the Dashboard. The Dashboard becomes the operational starting point for the workspace.
If the workspace has been disabled, authentication is blocked and the system displays This workspace is disabled. Please contact support.
The subscriber Sidebar can contain Overview, QR Codes, Short Links, Bio Pages, Landing Pages, Analytics, and Settings. The exact items shown are permission-dependent.
If an item is missing: Do not assume the feature is broken. The signed-in user may not have the permission required to display or access that area.
The Topbar provides quick workspace controls that do not require leaving the current page.
Before creating many assets, open Settings and review Plan & billing. Resource limits can apply to QR Codes, Short Links, Bio Pages, Landing Pages, team members, and storage.
Live plan values can be changed by platform configuration and can also be overridden for a specific tenant. For that reason, the values displayed in the live Plan & billing interface should be treated as authoritative for your workspace.
| Goal | Good first asset |
| Send people to a website or offer | URL QR Code or Smart Short Link |
| Share several links from one public profile | Bio Page |
| Build a campaign-specific destination | Landing Page |
| Connect print to a digital experience | QR Code |
| Create a branded, measurable share link | Short Link |
Successful operations commonly return status messages such as QR code created, Short link created, Bio page saved, Landing page saved, Profile updated, Preferences saved, or Subscription changed.
When validation fails, the workspace can show a message instructing you to check highlighted fields and try again. Correct the listed values before resubmitting.
After the first workspace review, continue to account and plan setup, then move into the QR, Short Link, Bio Page, or Landing Page chapters that match your campaign objective.
