4.1 Sign-In Options

AIUNIFY PROS supports standard email/password sign-in and Google sign-in. The login page is labeled Sign in to your workspace.

4.2 Signing In with Email and Password

1. Open the Sign in page.
2. Enter the account Email.
3. Enter the Password.
4. Select Sign in.
5. After successful authentication, a regular subscriber is directed to the Dashboard.

The server requires a valid email and a password string. If the credentials do not match, the interface reports These credentials do not match our records.

4.3 Remembering a Session

The authentication controller supports a remember option when the corresponding request value is provided. If your browser or deployment exposes a Remember control, use it only on trusted devices.

4.4 Signing In with Google

Select Continue with Gmail to use the configured Google provider. Google must return a valid, verified email address.

1. Choose Continue with Gmail.
2. Select the desired Google account in the provider flow.
3. Approve the requested authentication consent.
4. PROS receives the verified email and account identity returned by Google.
5. If the email already belongs to a PROS user, that existing user is used.
6. If no user exists, PROS can create a new active Free workspace and owner account.
7. The user is signed in and directed to the Dashboard.

4.5 Google Sign-In Requirements

1. Google authentication must be configured by the platform.
2. Google must return a valid email address.
3. The Google email must be verified.
4. The associated PROS workspace must be active.

If Google is not configured, PROS returns the user to Sign in with the status Google login is not configured yet.

4.6 First-Time Google Account Creation

A first-time Google user is created as the owner of a new Free workspace. The Google email is treated as verified and the new workspace begins active.

No duplicate account: Future Google sign-ins reuse the existing PROS user when the same email already exists rather than creating another user for the same email.

4.7 Disabled Workspace Behavior

Email/password and Google sign-in both block normal subscriber access when the associated workspace is not active. The user is returned to Sign in with a message instructing them to contact support.
