6.1 Workspace Navigation

The authenticated PROS layout uses a persistent Sidebar for primary modules and a Topbar for fast account and appearance controls. On smaller screens, the Sidebar is opened from the menu button in the Topbar.

6.2 Sidebar Areas

LabelWhat it opens
OverviewDashboard
QR CodesQR Builder and saved QR listing
Short LinksSmart Short Link listing and creation drawer
Bio PagesBio Page listing and builder
Landing PagesLanding Page listing and builder
AnalyticsCross-asset engagement analytics
SettingsProfile, brand, domain, team, and billing settings

Sidebar visibility is permission-dependent. Overview is always shown to an authenticated subscriber; the other modules depend on the user permissions checked by the application.

6.3 Topbar Theme Toggle

Use the sun/moon theme control to switch between Light and Dark theme. The quick Topbar action stores the selected theme in the current session. The full Settings preference form also stores theme in workspace settings.

6.4 Language Selector

The Topbar language menu uses the active locale and workspace localization settings. English, French, and Spanish are always added to the available language collection. Other configured language codes can also appear.

  1. Open the language selector.
  2. Choose the desired language.
  3. PROS updates the active locale for the session.
  4. Use Settings → Profile → Language & theme when you want to save broader workspace language preferences.

6.5 Latest Notifications

The bell menu is populated from recent workspace activity. It is not a separate message inbox. PROS loads up to eight latest activity records for the current workspace.

  1. Recent QR changes
  2. Recent Short Link changes
  3. Recent Bio Page changes
  4. Recent Landing Page changes
  5. Event/action description
  6. Relative time
  7. The user who caused the activity when available

If there is no activity, the panel displays No activity yet.

6.6 Profile Menu

The profile menu shows the current user name and email and provides two primary actions: Profile settings and Logout.

6.7 Mobile Navigation

On mobile-sized screens, use the menu icon at the left side of the Topbar to open the Sidebar overlay. Select a workspace area to navigate, then close the overlay when necessary.

6.8 Why Navigation Can Differ Between Users

PROS evaluates permissions before showing several Sidebar entries. An Owner/Admin can therefore see more operational areas than a Viewer.

Missing menu item: If a module is absent, verify the user role and permissions before treating it as a software problem.

6.9 Navigation Best Practices

  1. Use Overview for a quick health check.
  2. Use the dedicated asset listing for detailed management and per-asset analytics summaries.
  3. Use Analytics when comparing engagement across asset types.
  4. Use Settings for account/workspace changes rather than trying to edit those values inside an asset builder.
  5. Use the Topbar for fast theme, language, notification, profile, and logout actions.
