7.1 Overview Dashboard

The Overview Dashboard is the primary operational summary for a signed-in workspace. It greets the current user and shows what is happening in the workspace over a selected reporting period.

7.2 Dashboard Reporting Range

At the top of the Dashboard, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. If an unsupported range is supplied, the controller falls back to 30 days.

Some KPIs compare the selected current period with the immediately preceding period of the same length.

7.3 Dashboard KPI Cards

KPIMeaning
Total scansTotal tracked events in the selected Dashboard period.
Active QR codesCurrent count of QR Codes whose active flag is true.
Short linksCurrent Short Link count.
Unique visitorsUnique tracked visitor hashes in the selected period.
Bio page viewsTracked events associated with Bio Pages in the selected period.
Landing page viewsTracked events associated with Landing Pages in the selected period.

7.4 KPI Change Indicators

The Dashboard can show percentage change between the current and previous reporting periods. When the previous period has no events and the current period has activity, the calculation can display +100%.

Asset count cards can also show how many matching assets were created during the last seven days.

7.5 Scan Timeline

The Scans over time chart supports 24h, 7d, 30d, and 90d views. Below the chart, PROS displays Total scans and Unique scans.

Use shorter ranges when checking a current campaign launch and longer ranges when comparing trend direction.

7.6 Workspace Insights

The Dashboard contains an AI INSIGHTS panel titled Workspace insights. It presents workspace-oriented observations derived from current activity and links to the full Analytics report.

Review before acting: Treat insight text as operational guidance. Confirm the underlying Analytics before making important campaign, budget, or customer decisions.

7.7 Recent Scans

The Recent scans area can display up to six of the most recent events from the selected Dashboard period. Each row can include the asset name, country code, city, device, and relative time.

If nothing has been recorded, the panel displays No scan activity recorded yet.

7.8 Top Performing Assets

The Top performing section groups activity by asset and ranks the highest-volume records. The type badge can identify QR, Bio, Page, or Link.

The event count is shown beside each asset. If no assets have analytics, PROS displays No assets have analytics yet.

7.9 Using the Dashboard Effectively

  1. Use the KPI row to identify broad changes.
  2. Use the Scan Timeline to see when activity rises or falls.
  3. Use Recent scans to spot current geographic/device behavior.
  4. Use Top performing to identify the assets generating the most tracked events.
  5. Select View full report or Analytics when you need deeper breakdowns.
