The QR Codes workspace lets you create, customize, save, download, edit, activate, deactivate, delete, and review performance for dynamic QR Codes.
Each saved QR Code has an internal PROS scan URL based on its code. The scan URL remains associated with the record while the destination can be updated, which is what makes supported printed QR campaigns dynamic.

The server accepts QR media files with these extensions/MIME types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG, and PDF. The current server-side limit is 10 MB.
The builder uses file upload mainly for Image and PDF QR content. Video uses a URL in the current builder interface.
The saved QR listing calculates operational status from the active flag and the configured dates.
| Status | Meaning |
| Active | The QR is active and not waiting for a future start or past its expiration. |
| Scheduled | Starts at is in the future. |
| Inactive | The active flag has been turned off. |
| Expired | The expiration time has been reached. |
The saved QR listing supports search by name, code, type, or destination; sorting by Newest, Oldest, or Name; and filters for status and type.
When a person opens the public QR scan route, PROS checks whether the QR is routable, handles password protection when configured, records the scan, dispatches Analytics, and then resolves the stored content.
Depending on the QR type, the final behavior can be a web redirect, a text/WiFi content page, raw vCard/calendar output, an application-store decision, or a Multi-Link public page.
