19.1 Live Preview
For most QR types, the builder displays a LIVE PREVIEW panel. It shows the current QR rendering, content type, and error-correction label while you edit the design.
19.2 Special Preview Behavior
Event and Multi-Link use a different preview workflow. The builder instructs you to save first and use the listing download button for the final dynamic QR.
19.3 Export Formats
The Download tab offers four formats:
- PNG — raster image suitable for many digital uses.
- SVG — scalable vector format suitable for design and print workflows.
- EPS — vector-oriented export for compatible print/design software.
- PDF — document-style export generated from the rendered QR.
19.4 Resolution Options
- 512px
- 1024px
- 2048px
- 4096px
Higher pixel resolutions are useful for large raster output. Vector formats such as SVG are generally preferable when the QR must scale without raster pixelation.
19.5 Downloading from the Builder
- Complete Content and design settings.
- Open the Download tab.
- Choose the desired Resolution.
- Select PNG, SVG, EPS, or PDF.
- Save the generated file to your device.
- Open the exported file and scan-test it independently.
19.6 Downloading from the Listing
Saved QR rows include a Download QR action. Use the listing download when the builder tells you the final dynamic QR must be generated after saving, especially Event and Multi-Link workflows.
19.7 File Naming
The client-side downloader uses the QR code or title to build a safe output filename. Keep internal QR codes/titles meaningful so downloaded assets remain identifiable later.
19.8 Print Preparation
- Use SVG/EPS when your print workflow supports vector files.
- Do not crop into the QR quiet area.
- Avoid stretching the QR disproportionately.
- Print a proof at final size.
- Test the proof under realistic lighting and distance.
- Keep a record of which PROS QR asset corresponds to each printed campaign.
