The Saved QR codes listing is the operational control center for QR Codes after creation. It supports search, sorting, filters, status controls, Analytics, downloading, editing, and deletion.
Search can match QR name, code, or destination. Sort choices include Newest, Oldest, and Name. Filter controls include All statuses and All types.
For an existing record, the saved code itself is preserved by the controller even if a different code value is submitted during the normal edit workflow.
Use Deactivate to turn off the QR without deleting it. Use Activate to restore the active flag. The listing status can still be Scheduled or Expired when date rules override normal active behavior.
Select Delete and confirm the browser prompt Delete this QR code?. The QR is then deleted from the workspace.
Printed QRs: Deleting a QR can break already-distributed printed material. Deactivate instead when you want a reversible pause.
If no country/device data exists but scan counts are present, the listing can show Unknown. If there is no activity, it can show None yet.
Use Copy scan link to copy the PROS public scan URL. This is the stable internal route that supports dynamic resolution and Analytics.
