Analytics is the centralized reporting area for supported engagement across QR Codes, Short Links, Bio Pages, and Landing Pages. The page describes itself as providing real analytics across these asset types.
Select Analytics from the Sidebar. The navigation item is shown to users who have the analytics.view permission.
The current Analytics controller accepts these reporting ranges:
If an unsupported range is supplied, the controller falls back to 30 days.
Analytics can be filtered by trackable asset type. Source-confirmed choices are:
Use the type filter when you want to isolate one class of campaign asset instead of reviewing the combined workspace activity.
Total visits represents the count of Analytics events included by the current filters. Because Analytics covers multiple asset types, this total can include QR scans, Short Link clicks, Bio Page views, and Landing Page views.
Unique visits is calculated from unique visitor hashes on the included Analytics events. It is intended to distinguish repeated activity from the same tracked visitor from activity generated by different visitors.
Interpretation: Unique visits are analytics measurements, not a guaranteed count of identifiable people. Browsers, privacy controls, network conditions, or other technical factors can affect visitor-level measurement.
QR scans counts included events whose event type is qr_scan. Use this KPI to understand scan activity within the selected period and asset scope.
Short-link clicks counts included events whose event type is short_link_click. This KPI is useful when evaluating distributed Smart Short Links.
Analytics builds a time series across the selected date range. Use the chart to look for changes in campaign activity rather than relying only on the total count.
The Dashboard and Analytics serve related but different purposes. The Dashboard gives a quick workspace overview, while Analytics provides deeper filtering and breakdowns.
| Area | Best Use |
| Overview Dashboard | Quick operational snapshot, KPI cards, recent activity, top assets, and scan timeline. |
| Analytics | Filtered reporting by range and asset type, plus geography, device, browser, and recent-event analysis. |
Viewer, Editor, Admin, and Owner roles can receive analytics viewing capability according to the default role mapping. Export capability is a separate permission and can also depend on the subscription plan.
The source includes a backend Analytics export workflow and a queued CSV export job. However, the current standard Analytics page source does not expose a normal export button.
For that reason, this manual does not instruct subscribers to look for an Analytics Export button that is not presently visible in the standard UI.
Current implementation: The backend export workflow supports CSV preparation. The PDF path is explicitly prepared but returns a not-enabled response in the current build.
