39.1 Brand Identity Overview

The Brand tab in Settings controls workspace brand identity. It allows authorized subscribers to customize how the authenticated application presents workspace-specific identity information.

39.2 Opening Brand Settings

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Brand.
3. Review the current brand identity values.

39.3 Application Name

The Application name can be customized for the workspace. The current controller validates this value up to 120 characters.

Use the official brand or workspace name you want users to see.

39.4 Primary / Logo Color

The brand color setting accepts a hexadecimal color in the form #RRGGBB. Use the brand-approved color that provides appropriate contrast with the surrounding interface.

39.5 Uploading a Logo

The Brand workflow accepts logo uploads in PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, or WebP format with a maximum validated file size of 2 MB.

1. Choose the logo file.
2. Review whether Show logo is enabled.
3. Save Brand settings.
4. Refresh the workspace and confirm the logo displays correctly.

39.6 Removing or Replacing the Logo

You can upload a replacement logo or use the remove-logo control. Removing the logo also disables the stored show-logo state in the current controller workflow.

39.7 Show Logo

The Show logo setting determines whether the workspace should display the saved brand logo where supported by the layout.

39.8 Show Application Name

The Show app name setting determines whether the workspace application name is displayed where supported.

39.9 Favicon

The Brand workflow also supports a favicon. Accepted source-confirmed file types include PNG, ICO, JPG/JPEG, SVG, and WebP. The maximum validated favicon size is 512 KB.

A favicon is the small site icon commonly shown in a browser tab or bookmark.

39.10 Removing the Favicon

Use the remove-favicon option when you no longer want the current workspace favicon. You can upload a replacement and save Brand settings.

39.11 Saving Brand Settings

After saving, the controller returns Brand settings saved. Review the interface after saving to ensure the selected identity appears as intended.

39.12 White-Label Feature Access

The plan catalog includes a white_label feature flag. In the packaged defaults, White Label is disabled for Free and Starter and enabled for Professional, Agency, and Enterprise.

Because live plan definitions can be changed in platform settings, use the current Plan & Billing information in your workspace as the final authority for feature availability.

Important: The presence of a Brand tab does not by itself guarantee that every white-label capability is included in the current subscription.

39.13 Brand Consistency

1. Use the official logo file.
2. Use a consistent application name.
3. Use a brand-approved primary color.
4. Use a favicon that remains recognizable at small size.
5. Confirm appearance in both Light and Dark workspace themes where relevant.
