The Billing tab in Settings shows the workspace plan and provides subscription-management controls available to the signed-in account. The visible page includes Current plan information, resource-limit summaries, plan-change actions, cancellation controls, and invoice information.
Review Current plan before making changes. This is the best place to confirm the live subscription associated with the workspace.
Live values take priority: AIUNIFY PROS can load plan definitions from stored platform settings and can apply workspace-specific limit overrides. Live Plan & Billing values therefore take priority over packaged default prices or limits documented elsewhere.
Plans can control resource limits for:
A blank or null limit in the plan system can represent unlimited capacity for the corresponding resource.
Plans can also control feature flags such as:
Feature flags are different from numeric resource limits. A plan may have room for more assets while still lacking a particular advanced feature.
The packaged configuration contains Free, Starter, Professional, Agency, and Enterprise plan definitions. These defaults provide fallback values, but they are not guaranteed to match the live plan catalog because platform settings can override them.
Use the pricing and limits displayed in your current PROS workspace when making a purchasing or capacity decision.
Subscription checkout supports monthly and yearly billing intervals. The pricing page can present an annual option with the label Annual · Save 20%.
Always review the live amount shown at checkout before completing payment.
The Free plan is handled outside Stripe checkout in the current subscription controller. Selecting Free updates the workspace plan directly and returns Plan updated.
For a paid plan, PROS looks up the configured Stripe price for the selected plan and billing interval. If payment configuration is available, the subscriber is directed into the hosted checkout flow.
If a valid price or payment configuration is unavailable, PROS returns Payment Gateway is not configured yet.
The plan-switch workflow can swap the current subscription to the selected configured price and update the workspace plan. A successful source-confirmed response is Subscription changed.
The Billing area includes Cancel subscription. The current cancellation method schedules cancellation rather than immediately disabling the workspace.
The interface warns: Cancel this subscription? Your paid access remains until the billed period ends.
A successful request returns Subscription cancellation scheduled.
When the underlying subscription is eligible to resume, the resume workflow calls the subscription resume action and returns Subscription resumed.
The Billing portal provides access to supported payment-provider account management after a Stripe customer relationship exists. If the billing portal cannot yet be used, the source-confirmed message is Billing portal will be available after Stripe checkout is configured.
The Billing interface can display the period through which paid access remains active. Use this information when a cancellation has been scheduled so you understand the remaining paid-access window.
The Billing area includes an Invoices section. Depending on account history, the interface can show invoice records, an invoice-pending state, or that there are no invoices yet.
