6.1 The Websites Workspace

Websites is the central workspace for creating, organizing, opening, previewing, and managing the websites and landing-page experiences available inside AIUNIFY Leads.

Each website is maintained as its own record. Website-specific pages, languages, settings, builder sections, public URLs, branding, and related configuration are associated with that website.

6.2 Information Displayed in the Websites List

The Websites table contains the following confirmed columns:

Column Purpose
Name Identifies the website inside the AIUNIFY Leads workspace.
Slug Stores the URL-friendly identifier used in the website's public routing.
Category Shows the Website Category associated with the website.
Theme Name Shows the theme assigned to the website.
Landing Page URL Provides the public URL generated for the website.
Favourite Shows or controls whether the website has been marked as a favourite.
Action Contains the available management actions for the website according to the user's permissions.

6.3 Table and Alternate Views

The Websites screen includes a view-mode control. This allows the workspace to display website information using the available list/table or alternate card-style presentation.

The information and actions available remain tied to the same underlying website records regardless of the selected presentation.

6.4 Filtering Websites

The website data configuration supports filtering by Name. The Websites screen also contains a Website Category selector that can be used to narrow the displayed websites to a particular category.

Filtering is particularly useful when an organization operates several sites, brands, campaigns, service lines, or landing-page environments.

6.5 Adding a Website

The Websites screen contains an Add Website action for users who have permission to create websites and whose applicable website subscription capacity is available.

The screen also provides an AI-assisted website creation option. The standard website creation workflow and AI-assisted workflow both result in a website record, but the AI workflow can prepare additional website information automatically.

6.6 Website Permissions

The Add Website control is protected by the website creation permission. A user may therefore be able to view websites without being able to create, edit, or delete them.

Website deletion is also permission-controlled. When records are selected, the Delete action is available only to users with the applicable delete permission or administrative access.

6.7 Subscription Website Limits

Website creation is also subject to the applicable website-module subscription limit. Having permission to create a website does not override the number of websites available under the current account configuration.

If the website limit has been reached, additional website creation can be prevented until additional capacity becomes available.

6.8 Website Categories

A Website Category provides an organizational classification for a website. The Websites screen can use these categories as filters, and a website can reference a category through its Website Category field.

Website Categories are covered in detail later in this manual.

6.9 Landing Page URL

Each website can expose a Landing Page URL. This URL is the public-facing destination used to preview or access the website.

The system uses the website slug and routing configuration to determine the appropriate public destination.

6.10 Selected Website Context

AIUNIFY Leads maintains a selected website context for website-specific operations. This becomes particularly important when entering the Website Builder.

If you attempt to add or manage sections for a website that is not currently selected, the application can ask you to switch to that website first. After confirmation, the selected website is updated and the Website Builder opens in the appropriate context.

Operating principle: Before editing pages, languages, settings, or website sections, confirm that the correct website is selected.
