AIUNIFY Leads supports two separate website status controls: Primary and Favourite.

| Primary | Controls which website can serve as the primary website for applicable root-domain public routing. |
| Favourite | Marks a website as a favourite for workspace organization and quick recognition. |
The Websites workspace includes a favourite control associated with each website.
When the control is activated, AIUNIFY Leads changes the website's is_favourite status and immediately updates the interface.
The server confirms the favourite change using the following messages:
Favourite status does not replace the Primary website setting.
In the applicable non-SaaS configuration, the website Add/Edit interface contains a Primary tab.
The tab contains an Is Primary switch with Yes and No states.
The website workspace also supports a direct Primary toggle action.
The confirmed server logic allows only one website to be primary at a time.
When a website that is not currently primary is set as Primary, AIUNIFY Leads first removes Primary status from any other website and then makes the selected website Primary.
If the current Primary website is toggled off, its Primary status is removed.
AIUNIFY Leads public routing checks for a website whose is_primary status is enabled.
When the environment supports primary-site root routing, that website can provide public website pages through the root-domain routing structure rather than requiring only the normal website-slug route.
Important: Changing the Primary website can affect which website is presented through applicable root-domain public routes. Verify the public website after changing Primary status.
The confirmed Primary website feature is restricted to the application's non-SaaS operating mode. If the environment does not provide this feature, the Primary controls may not appear or may not be available.
The selected website used while working in the administrative workspace is not the same concept as the Primary website.

When a user chooses to add sections to a website that is not currently selected, AIUNIFY Leads can display a confirmation dialog.
If the user confirms the switch:
Website records expose a Landing Page URL that is used by the website interface as the preview destination.
After changing Primary status, website identity, page configuration, or major Website Builder content, use the available preview/public URL to verify the visitor experience.
