17.1 Managing the Website Page Structure

The Website Pages workspace is used not only to create pages, but also to organize and maintain the order of the public website's page structure.

Page-management operations are website-specific. Always confirm the selected website before rearranging or removing pages.

17.2 Website Pages Table

The confirmed Website Pages table includes:

Column	Purpose
Drag	Provides the control used to reposition pages.
Name	Displays the language-resolved page name.
Page Key	Shows the URL-friendly page identifier.
Action	Provides available page-management actions.

17.3 Page Order

Each Website Page contains a sort-order value.

When a standard new page is created, AIUNIFY Leads places it after the website's current pages by taking the highest existing sort order and assigning the next position.

17.4 Reordering Pages

The Website Pages interface provides drag-based reordering.

To reorganize the pages:

1. Open Website Pages.
2. Confirm the selected website.
3. Use the Drag control for the page you want to move.
4. Place the page into its intended position.
5. Allow the interface to submit the updated page ordering.
6. Review the resulting order.

17.5 Page Sort-Order Operation

AIUNIFY Leads includes a dedicated Website Page sort-order operation.

The system updates the sort-order values associated with the Website Pages so subsequent page retrieval can follow the saved sequence.

17.6 Header Navigation and Page Order Are Different Controls

Do not confuse page order with Show in Header.

Control	Purpose
Page Order	Controls the stored sequence of the Website Pages.
Show in Header	Controls whether a language-specific page translation should appear in Header navigation.

A page can remain part of the website while being hidden from the Header for one or more languages.

17.7 Managing Page Names

Use the edit action when the displayed page Name needs to change.

Because page Names are language-specific, review each Website Language separately when changing navigation wording.

17.8 Managing the Page Key

The Page Key identifies the public route for the page.

In the confirmed edit interface, the Page Key is disabled for existing pages. Use stable Page Keys when initially creating pages so that normal content and translation changes do not require changing the page's route identity.

17.9 Deleting Website Pages

Page deletion is available only when the signed-in user has the appropriate permission or administrative access.

Before deleting a page, confirm:

1. You are working with the correct website.
2. The page is no longer required publicly.
3. Its Website Builder content is no longer needed.
4. No important navigation or campaign links depend on the Page Key.

17.10 Home Page Protection

The Website Page whose Page Key is home is protected from deletion.

The confirmed server response is:

Home page cannot be deleted

If the Home page needs a different design or wording, edit its translated information and Website Builder content rather than attempting to delete it.

17.11 Public Page Validation

Public website routing verifies that a requested Page Key belongs to the requested website before the page is displayed.

If no matching page exists for that website, the public route does not display an unrelated page from another website.

17.12 Subscription Availability

Website Page creation is also subject to the applicable subscription-module availability check.

If Website Pages are unavailable under the current subscription configuration, the confirmed response is:

This feature is not available in your current subscription plan.

17.13 Recommended Page Reorganization Procedure

1. Review the complete page list.
2. Determine the intended visitor navigation sequence.
3. Drag pages into the desired order.
4. Review Show in Header for every language.
5. Verify the Home page remains present.
6. Preview the public website.
7. Test important page links after structural changes.
