1.1 What Is AIUNIFY Funnels?

AIUNIFY Funnels is a landing-page and conversion-workflow system designed to help users build web experiences that attract visitors, capture leads, present offers, and process supported customer actions.

The AIUNIFY Funnels sign-in experience identifies the platform with the message:

Build optimized funnels that convert web traffic.

Within the authenticated workspace, the application's primary operational terminology is Landing Pages. Users work with Landing Pages, their Main Pages and Thank You Pages, lead-capture forms, captured leads, ecommerce products, payment workflows, and orders.

1.2 How AIUNIFY Funnels Organizes a Funnel

AIUNIFY Funnels should not be understood as an unrestricted generic multi-step funnel-stage engine. The deployed system is centered on a Landing Page workflow containing the public-facing page experience and its related conversion actions.

The confirmed page structure provides dedicated handling for:

Area Purpose
Main Page The primary Landing Page that presents the campaign, offer, content, lead form, or product-related call to action.
Thank You Page The page available for post-submission or supported post-payment confirmation behavior.
Landing Page Settings Controls publishing, domain behavior, forms, fonts, SEO, payments, and custom code.

This structure allows a user to build a practical acquisition and conversion path without needing server or source-code access.

1.3 Core User Workspaces

The authenticated AIUNIFY Funnels interface exposes the primary user operations needed to create and operate Landing Pages.

Workspace What You Use It For
Dashboard Review high-level Landing Page, lead, order, revenue, browser, operating-system, device, and recent collection activity.
Landing Pages Create Landing Pages, manage existing Landing Pages, open the Builder, configure page settings, clone pages, preview pages, and manage publishing-related operations.
Leads Review information submitted through Landing Page forms, filter records, edit supported lead fields, delete records, and export lead data when the feature is available.
Ecommerce → Products Create and manage products or services that can be connected to supported payment buttons and Landing Page selling workflows.
Ecommerce → Orders Review customer orders and manage supported order and payment-status operations.
Account Settings Manage the user's profile information, password, and available account-level payment settings.

1.4 Landing Page Creation

AIUNIFY Funnels uses a template-driven Landing Page creation process. The user can open the available template library, preview a template, provide a Landing Page name, and continue into the Builder.

The application contains a dedicated Create Landing Page navigation item and a New LandingPage Quick Action. Both are designed to move the user toward the Landing Page template workflow.

1.5 Landing Page Builder

The Landing Page Builder is the visual editing workspace used to work with the page content generated from the selected template.

The source confirms Builder-related operations for loading and updating Builder data as well as supporting page images, icons, fonts, Main Page content, and Thank You Page content.

Later chapters cover the Builder in detail, including page editing, reusable blocks, page assets, and responsive presentation.

1.6 Lead Capture

Landing Page forms can submit visitor information into the Leads workspace.

Captured form data can include the fields defined in the Landing Page form along with supporting visitor-environment information maintained by the system, including browser, operating system, and device information.

Landing Page form workflows can also be connected to supported mailing integrations, including:

  1. Mailchimp
  2. Acellemail
  3. Mailwizz

1.7 Ecommerce and Payments

AIUNIFY Funnels also includes Ecommerce functions for users who want a Landing Page to support a product or service purchase workflow.

The user workspace contains Products and Orders. User-level payment configuration can expose PayPal and Stripe settings, and supported Landing Page payment buttons can participate in the checkout workflow.

Products, payment configuration, checkout behavior, and Orders are covered in Chapters 36–40.

1.8 User Operations Versus Administrator Operations

This manual documents the operations available to an AIUNIFY Funnels user for building, managing, publishing, and measuring their own Landing Page workflows.

System-wide administrator operations are intentionally excluded. Functions such as global user administration, system template administration, block administration, module management, global website settings, global integrations, and other administrator-only configuration do not belong in this User Operations Manual.

1.9 Recommended Operating Sequence

  1. Sign in to AIUNIFY Funnels.
  2. Review the Dashboard and become familiar with the workspace.
  3. Open Create Landing Page and review the available templates.
  4. Create a test Landing Page.
  5. Edit its Main Page and Thank You Page.
  6. Configure the Landing Page settings required for the campaign.
  7. Test any lead form before distributing the page publicly.
  8. Review captured Leads and Dashboard activity after visitors begin interacting with the page.
  9. If selling through the Landing Page, configure Products and supported payment settings before accepting customer orders.

Operating principle: Build the Landing Page first, configure its conversion behavior second, test the complete visitor journey, and only then distribute the public page.
