2.1 Accessing AIUNIFY Funnels

AIUNIFY Funnels is accessed through its web application at:

https://funnels.poweredbyaiunify.com

Opening the authenticated application without an active session directs the user to the AIUNIFY Funnels login experience.

2.2 Your First Session

After signing in, begin by becoming familiar with the main operational areas rather than immediately publishing a Landing Page.

A useful first-session sequence is:

  1. Review the Dashboard.
  2. Open Landing Pages → My Landing Pages.
  3. Open Landing Pages → Create Landing Page.
  4. Review the available template library.
  5. Open the user menu and review Account Settings.

This gives you a clear understanding of the workspace before you create a public campaign asset.

2.3 Understanding My Landing Pages and Create Landing Page

The Landing Pages section contains two primary navigation choices.

Menu Item Purpose
My Landing Pages Opens the workspace containing Landing Pages already associated with your account.
Create Landing Page Opens the template-selection workflow used to begin a new Landing Page.

Use Create Landing Page when starting a new page rather than attempting to construct the Landing Page directly from a manually entered public URL.

2.4 Using Quick Actions

The top navigation contains a Quick actions menu.

For AIUNIFY Funnels, the confirmed Landing Page quick action is:

New LandingPage

Selecting this action takes you to the template-selection workflow. It provides a convenient alternative to opening the Landing Pages menu and selecting Create Landing Page.

2.5 Start with a Template

AIUNIFY Funnels uses customizable templates as the starting point for new Landing Pages.

Before creating a page:

  1. Review the available templates.
  2. Use the Preview action where appropriate.
  3. Select the template that most closely matches the structure of your intended campaign.
  4. Provide the Landing Page name requested by the creation workflow.
  5. Continue with the supported Save & Builder action.

Template selection and creation are covered more fully in Chapters 8–10.

2.6 Main Page and Thank You Page

A Landing Page contains separate operational handling for the Main Page and Thank You Page.

Page Recommended First-Use Focus
Main Page Build and test the primary visitor-facing message, offer, form, or product call to action.
Thank You Page Prepare the visitor experience that may be used after a successful form submission or supported payment action.

Do not assume that editing one automatically replaces the content of the other. They have separate Builder operations.

2.7 Recommended First Test Funnel

Before using AIUNIFY Funnels for live traffic, create a controlled test Landing Page.

  1. Select a template.
  2. Name and create the Landing Page.
  3. Edit the Main Page in the Builder.
  4. Review or edit the Thank You Page.
  5. Open Landing Page Settings.
  6. Configure the required form submission behavior.
  7. Submit the form yourself using test information.
  8. Open Leads and confirm the test submission was captured as expected.
  9. Review the public page on the devices and screen sizes important to your audience.

2.8 When to Configure Products and Payments

You do not need ecommerce configuration for every Landing Page.

If your page is designed only to capture leads, focus first on the Landing Page, form settings, lead collection, and any mailing integration you intend to use.

If your Landing Page will sell a product or service, also review:

  1. Ecommerce → Products
  2. Account Settings → Payment Settings, when that tab is available
  3. Ecommerce → Orders

2.9 Keep Testing Separate from Live Campaign Activity

Use clearly recognizable test values when validating a form or checkout workflow so that test submissions are not confused with real prospect or customer activity.

After the workflow is verified, remove unnecessary test records where appropriate and perform one final public-page review before promoting the Landing Page.

First-use goal: Your first successful AIUNIFY Funnels session should end with one controlled Landing Page whose visitor journey you have personally tested from page load through its intended conversion action.
