8.1 Opening the Template Library

New AIUNIFY Funnels Landing Pages begin from the user-accessible template library.

You can reach the library through either of these confirmed paths:

  1. Landing Pages → Create Landing Page
  2. Quick actions → New LandingPage

The template-selection workflow is authenticated user functionality and is separate from administrator template-management functions.

8.2 Template Library Heading

The user-facing template library identifies its purpose with the heading:

Choose a Customizable Template for Your Landing Page

The goal is to choose an existing design as the starting structure for your own Landing Page.

8.3 Active Templates Only

The user template-library controller queries templates whose active value is enabled.

This means that templates made unavailable at the system level are not intended to appear as normal selections in the user's active template library.

8.4 All Templates

The template interface includes an All Templates option.

Use All Templates when you want to review available templates without narrowing the result to a particular template category.

8.5 Category-Based Browsing

The template-library controller loads both Template Categories and Group Categories for the browsing experience.

The template route also accepts an optional category identifier.

When a category identifier is supplied, the application limits the returned active templates to that Template Category.

Use category browsing to reduce the number of designs you need to compare when you already know the general type of Landing Page you want to create.

8.6 Searching Templates by Name

The template library supports a search value.

When a search term is supplied, the application searches the Template Name for values containing that text.

Useful search practices include:

  1. Start with a short descriptive keyword.
  2. If the result is too broad, add a more specific term.
  3. If no result appears, clear the search and return to All Templates.

8.7 Template Sort Order

Available templates are ordered by their created_at value in descending order.

This means more recently created templates are returned before older templates within the applicable result set.

8.8 Template Pagination

The template library paginates results at 12 templates per page.

If more than 12 qualifying templates are available, use the pagination controls to continue browsing.

8.9 Preview Before Creating

Each applicable template provides a Preview action.

Preview is important because a template contains separate starting content for:

  1. The Main Page.
  2. The Thank You Page.

Chapter 9 explains how to evaluate these pages and their responsive presentation before creating your Landing Page.

8.10 What You Are Choosing

Selecting a template is not merely choosing a thumbnail.

During Landing Page creation, AIUNIFY Funnels uses the selected template as the source for the new Landing Page's initial:

  1. Main Page content.
  2. Main Page styling.
  3. Thank You Page content.
  4. Thank You Page styling.

This is why choosing a template whose structure is already close to your intended campaign can reduce later editing work.

8.11 No Template Found

If the current search or category produces no qualifying template result, the user interface displays:

No Template found

When this occurs:

  1. Clear the search term.
  2. Return to All Templates.
  3. Try another available category.

8.12 User Templates Versus Template Administration

The user workflow documented here is for selecting and using active templates.

System-level template creation, template editing, Template Category administration, Group Category administration, and system template deletion are administrator functions and are intentionally outside this User Operations Manual.

8.13 Recommended Template-Selection Process

  1. Open Create Landing Page.
  2. Begin with All Templates or select an appropriate category.
  3. Search by Name when useful.
  4. Compare the visible template options.
  5. Preview promising templates instead of choosing from the thumbnail alone.
  6. Review both the Main Page and Thank You Page.
  7. Choose the template requiring the least unnecessary restructuring for your campaign.

Operating principle: The template is your starting structure, not your finished campaign. Choose for layout and workflow fit, then customize the resulting Landing Page in the Builder.
